Abbiamo sogggiornato nella “suite” SHANTUNG. Camera doppia con vista cortile. Unica nota positiva: la posizione, quella molto buona niente da dire. Forse però, toglierei dal nome il termine Luxury che non rispecchia affatto ciò che abbiamo trovato: - aria condizionata funzionante solo qualche ora al giorno - pulizia scadente e approssimativa - muri macchiati, mobili scortecciati e di qualità decisamente scadente - porta della doccia che non si chiude ma rimane socchiusa Aggiungo anche che la padrona si e’ rivelata poco professionale e scortese solo dopo essersi assicurata che avessimo pagato il soggiorno. Inizialmente molto disponibile in quanto arrivati in camera mancava la cartigenica, svista che può succedere ci mancherebbe. Al nostro check out, abbiamo dovuto lasciare anche il parcheggio in fretta e furia e pagando frettolosamente in quanto avevano un check in alle 11.30. Peccato che a noi la camera non è stata data prima delle 14, quindi se c’era possibilità di fare check in prima forse avremmo gradito essere avvertiti. La donna delle pulizie è venuta tra l’altro a sollecitarci l’uscita dalla camera alle ore 9.55 perché doveva preparare la stanza per il cliente dopo. Addirittura 5 minuti prima del nostro check out. Lasciata la camera la sig. Annalisa ci ha trattati male perché abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 10.15 (check out previsto ore 10.00 quindi il ritardo era veramente minimo) . Siamo anche stati sollecitati di spostare la macchina velocemente, la cosa buffa? Eravamo andati a pagare la struttura nel mentre e non a fare colazione. Potessi dare zero lo farei, perché non ci siamo lamentati di niente (aria condizionata non funzionante ecc) ma almeno ci saremmo aspettati un minimo di cortesia e non essere sbattuti fuori in modo scortese per 15 minuti.

The apartment was "nice", but there were some quality things missing. Above all, there was a lack of good pans for cooking. The only pan we found was really ruined/scratched/burnt and we just didn't feel comfortable using a pan in that condition. And we did NOT want to go and buy pans for our stay of a few days for San Valention and so we always had dinner and lunch out. When you think of "luxury", finding accessories in the kitchen in that condition (like the non-stick pan with the inside so burnt/ruined is anything but "luxury". The word Luxury implies that there is enormous care details at the highest level. We booked a suite with a "loggia"--- that is, a beautiful balcony with an exceptional sea view---- but the floor that was immediately around the shower in the bathroom, along with other "small" but great measures (such as the finishes (of the wall) inside the shower already seemed very worn to say the least. Luxury therefore is absolutely not even this. So many important details need to be fixed and improved in a big way in order to reflect the name of this activity. Whoever does the cleaning and maintenance in this place among other things should at least take good photographs and report everything that is wrong inside these "suites" for obvious reasons.

I had an unpleasant experience with this structure for a reservation made in this structure never seen in which (our mistake!) we got the wrong date of stay. Instead of staying on the last weekend of August, the right date we should have stayed, we mistakenly booked for the end of September. Upon arrival in Riccione, we contacted the property by telephone and realized that the booking had been made by us as said for the end of September...so exactly one month later. Apologizing for the inconvenience other than to return home we asked not to charge *********** the cost of the suite (among other things certainly not cheap!) considering the early cancellation deadline due to the incorrect booking of September, a period among other things that we absolutely would not have needed for our stay. We spoke with several people who were apparently courteous and willing to please us...and GUARANTEEING that we would not be charged for the room. But then the September date arrived we had the charge on my partner's credit card. Contacted again to understand the reason for this charge, we were treated with little friendliness and courtesy by a lady whose name I honestly don't even remember but I remember with certainty that she was the same one who had guaranteed the non-charge considering our mistake. Having said that, it's not the 150/200 euros that change our lives...probably they do...but I would carefully recommend improving customer services especially in terms of correctness and courtesy, fundamental characteristics which, beyond the structure...make the DIFFERENCE.

If I could give zero I would. Booked with booking (therefore paid in advance) I arrive alone with a 5 year old child at the agreed check-in time. The rooms are located in an apartment inside a large building. I ring the bell and no one answers so I turn to the concierge who tells me that I have to contact the host of the facility directly. Well, I phone, he answers me and says I'm coming. 20 minutes pass and no one shows up, I wait again and call back, the phone rings but then hangs up, this happened another 4/5 times. In the meantime, after an hour of waiting, my reservation was canceled by them. UNACCEPTABLE and RUDE BEHAVIOR. Unforeseen events can happen to anyone but answering the phone and at the very least explaining the situation and apologizing seems like the minimum of politeness to me. Having said that, I didn't see anything about the apartment but the manager's attitude was enough for me. I was just lucky enough to have been reimbursed through booking. How sad!

We're not there at all, not at all... after having booked and received confirmation and paid, the manager, after making me wait with a 5 year old child for almost 2 hours in the cold in front of the property, decided not to show up, continually refusing calls, I can't judge the rooms because I've never seen them, but if you don't want to get a liver ache from nervousness, find other places, very bad, very bad.....
