Great, brand new hotel!
The advantage is a well-equipped room, cleanliness, a café in the lobby with great coffee and desserts.
The disadvantage is paid parking anywhere around and the location on the outskirts of Říčany, far away from the city centre.

Great place to stay
Our room was brand new and we were pleasantly surprised it included a kitchen and washing machine. We did have a minor problem it seems the dryer vent wasn't hooked up correctly and we had lint dust on things when we returned in the evening. It wasn't terrible and a kink to work out on a new building.
While this is a ways out of Prague it is accessible from the C like Haje station and then I think any of the 3xx buses with the stop out front. The train station is about a15 minute walk. There are three groceries within 5 minute walk.
