The service is great, the staff are very helpful. However, I believe it was a sporadic weekend, as the hotel had a lot of guests and it seems they didn't plan for that. Breakfast seemed to have run out. There were a lot of things missing, such as glasses, cups, cutlery and especially food and drinks (bread, coffee, etc.)
Another point to be raised is that the hotel's parking is outsourced, so you have to pay for it separately. The daily parking fee is somewhat high, considering the service provided. In addition, the hotel did not make this very clear.
