Hotel bom! Estive hospedada no mesmo de 6 a 10 de setembro de 2023, e minha experiência em relação ao hotel foi positiva.
A única questão que enfrentei foi um pequeno problema no procedimento, no qual algumas bebidas e comidas foram indevidamente incluídas na conta do meu quarto, mesmo eu não tendo consumido nada. Infelizmente, só fomos notificados disso durante o checkout. Meu noivo prontamente questionou o atendente sobre essas inclusões que não consumimos, mas infelizmente o atendente inicialmente duvidou de nós. Felizmente, eles acabaram discutindo a questão com a gerente, que prontamente retirou o valor indevido da nossa conta.
Gostaria de pedir que a equipe tenha mais cuidado ao lançar itens nas comandas, pois situações como essa podem ser constrangedoras e inconvenientes.

Hotel com estrutura de lazer bem legal. Piscinas, academia, quadras e Salao de jogos.
Precisa melhorar o menu do restaurante que é bem limitado e manter os equipamentos do Salao de jogos.
