If you are alone or couple, OK. Good bed; excellent shower. The problem in our case was the fourth annex, for our daughter. Bad bed sofa; small. And there was a door that gave access to a neighboring room, which made the sound bad (which gave to listen to guests in the next room).Another problem: breakfast was scheduled according to the COVID. The coffee ended at 10h. Obviously many items were exhausted, and the attendant was still gross when we asked for more food/drinks.

I stayed with my family in a apartment with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, very spacious, very good beds, good sleep quality, good equipment working well, good shower and everything clean, the swallow was medium, with well spent towels. I arrived on a final Thursday afternoon and there was only one official at the reception. A row of some 5 people formed to check in, and he still stopped sometimes to answer the phone and open the garage door. Garage even bad! The 1st SS has only 10 vacancies, swift swing. The 2nd SS is broader, but horrible. You must be ninja to park without breaking any car or shaking the pillars if it is full. The breakfast is also very weak, little varied, dry bread, few fruit options, I would even host again depending on the daily price, but it will not be my first option.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.

Ibis feel like home! From front desk Mrs. Juliana trough House keeping Mrs. Ivone, every detail is perfect. This perfection is due a good management from Mrs. Erika N., since long time I spend many nights there and people know what to do and how to do.

Bem, fiquei hopedado durante um viagem à trabalho. Então a gente releva um monte de coisa. No meu caso um hotel precisa ter boa cama, boa roupa de cama, bom banheiro, boa internet, bom ar condicionda, estacionamento (pago), bom restaurante (apesar de não funcionar de Domingo) e bom café da manhã. Bom para quem vai trabalhar na região, meio longe do centro.

Gostei bastante da minha hospedagem no ibis, fui bem recebida por todos os colaboradores, todos foram atenciosos e prestativos. O café estava muito bom, tinha bastante opções e tinha boa qualidade e aparência. O quarto estava limpo e aconchegante

Estive hospedado no Royal Tulip JP Ribeirão Preto em 16/08/2024, e quanto a localização, limpeza e acomodação foram excelentes, infelizmente o atendimento não esteve à altura. Durante minha estadia, eu, minha esposa e nossa filha, que éramos a única família negra presente, tivemos uma experiência constrangedora na área da piscina. Ao solicitar um suco e um drink no bar, o atendente Paulo me informou que eu precisaria retornar ao bar no final para conferir e assinar a comanda, algo que achei incomum, pois o procedimento padrão em hotéis é que a comanda seja levada até a mesa para conferência e assinatura. Questionei o motivo, e ele respondeu que era para verificar o que havia sido solicitado e fechar a conta. No entanto, o que tornou a situação ainda mais desconfortável foi que, ao seguir a orientação e retornar ao bar para fechar a comanda, uma outra atendente, de nome Norma, sem que eu perguntasse, me disse que essa conferência era para a segurança do hotel e a minha segurança. Fiquei ainda mais desconcertado quando percebi que outras comandas estavam sendo fechadas e levadas diretamente às mesas de outros hóspedes, sem essa exigência. Essa abordagem me fez sentir discriminado, especialmente considerando que éramos a única família negra no local. A equipe demonstrou falta de preparo e sensibilidade ao lidar com o público. Infelizmente, esse episódio ofuscou o que poderia ter sido uma experiência de hospedagem perfeita.
