Très bon emplacement à l entrée de Ribeauville.
Pas de parking privé.
Espace bien être sympa : Sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et petite piscine.
Chambre petite. Pas de frigo.

Nous sommes arrivés le 19 juin, notre critère premier était la climatisation, quand nous sommes arrivés la climatisation n’était pas fonctionnelle. Considérant que nous sommes en juin c’était inacceptable, la réception ne savais pas quoi nous répondre, la fenêtre ne pouvait s’ouvrir. Il était trop tard pour réserver ailleurs le même soir. Nous allons annuler notre deuxième nuit. À éviter

Je suis venue avec un bon cadeau La mauvaise expérience a commencé par l'accueil téléphonique.impossible de joindre la balnéo pour mon rdv pour un soin Personnel indifférent aux clients surtout à la restauration mais également à l'accueil de la balnéo Les plats au Belvédère sont sans goût et sans originalité L'espace balnéo est quelconque Le seul point positif est le site face aux Vosges Je ne reviendrai plus car j'ai fréquenté d'autres établissements d'un niveau bien supérieur et pour un budget pratiquement identique Quelle déception !

Mini chambre badge obsolète porte très dur à ouvrir la personne a l'accueil qui a du mal a se lever quand ton lui signale les problèmes pas de mimi bar pour un 4 étoiles café en poudre très très mauvais et il paraît qu'on a eu la plus belle chambre. Nous avons passé 2 nuits vendredi et samedi 20 € de plus le samedi le tout pour 414€ trop cher pour un 4 étoiles

Efficient hotel with spa but g no wellness feeling
The hotel in just in the pedestrian zone so very central but be prepared to carry your luggage the last 50 - 100m and up the stairs if you stay in the suites. The Spa area is nicely done and well maintained. The beds are good and room facilities are fine. If they would move the breakfast room out of the basement to the 1st-floor with street view and some drink services during the day it would change the place from nice lodging with a spa to great hotel with spa... when adding some more and then probably smiling staff 😉. Till then you'll not get many returning guests for 200 per night.

Bel hotel
L'hôtel bénéficie d'une situation géographique idéale. La literie est d'excellente qualité. En revanche, la chambre nous a semblé petite. La salle de bain était très froide en raison de l'absence de chauffage. Le spa est de petite dimension, et l'accès au jacuzzi présente un danger avéré, signalé par de nombreux clients lors de notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des soins, ce que nous regrettons.

Indigne d’un 4 étoiles. Surtout pour le prix ! A - de 100€ la nuit c’est ok. Autrement passez votre chemin ! Chambre exiguë. Petit déjeuner semblant très généreux mais de piètre qualité. Moins de choix et + de qualité devrait être l’objectif. Petit spa, sans réservation, mais correct.
