This is a lovely hotel in the middle of Ribeauvillé. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the service is kind and warm. We have stayed here many times, and will definitely come back.

Perfect location right in the middle of old and beautiful Ribeauvillé. The rooms are a bit worn and very small but definitely with a lot of charm. The staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant is very cozy with tables outside.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville, propre et confortable. Le personnel est avenant et disponible. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, mais il manque une bouilloire avec du café soluble ou du thé. Le problème c'est le stationnement, peu de places disponibles sur place, et rien tout prêt en ville, l'établissement vous propose le parking de la STRENG, proche, mais n'y comptez pas.

Très bon accueil. Personnel très agréable, souriant. L'emplacement et le cadre sont parfaits, plein centre de Ribeauvillé. Parfait pour flâner dans la ville ou effectuer la randonnée des trois châteaux juste au-dessus de la ville. Le parking de la Streng gratuit se situe à 70m de l’hôtel. Nous avions une chambre double supérieure, très confortable. Le seul point négatif à mon avis est le petit déjeuner : J'aurai aimé découvrir des produits artisanaux de la région. De la baguette et des viennoiseries de boulanger plutôt que des petites boules de pain et des viennoiseries industrielles réchauffées. Même remarque pour les confitures "bonne maman". Les yaourts excellents, étaient de la région.

Price/quality 100% satisfactory, delightful stay, extremely friendly staff, breakfast not excessive but everything was provided, rooms beautifully renovated, bathroom not excessive.

Allerbeste Lage im Zentrum von Ribeauville große saubere Komfortzimmer, ausreichendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Leider hat das Hotel kein Restaurant. Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist sehr eng bemessen
