Desde Aguilar de Campoo Palencia. Toda la familia Fontaneda hemos pasado un fin de semana inolvidable. Gracias Sultán por tu amabilidad, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Cómo en otras ocasiones, los desayunos tan riquísimos,con tus tortitas espectaculares y los bizcochos caseros, revueltos , croissant y ese olor a café recién hecho. La antigüedad del hotel te transporta a otros tiempos por lo que le da un encanto especial. La ropa de cama es de un blanco y una calidad excelente y siempre está limpio. Muchas gracias familia, volveremos en cuanto podamos.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel, el trato familiar y amabilísimo, Muy buenos desayunos, no son buffet pero se puede elegir entre muchas opciones todas caseras como las tortitas y el bizcocho casero que estaban deliciosas. Estuvimos en cuatro habitaciones dobles, las habitaciones grandes, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y amplias y todo muy limpio. Las vista maravillosas al puerto. Localización muy buena. no tiene parking pero hay una explanada de aparcamiento justo delante. Totalmente recomendable. Ya estamos pensando en las próximas vacaciones para volver a disfrutar de este hotel y su personal especialmente de la amabilidad de Sultan.

Sabían que el baño tenía una fuga de agua y aún así alquilaron la habitación. Me caí y me di un buen golpe, nos dijeron que nos reembolsarían dos noches y a la hora del check out nos dicen que necesitan parte de lesiones cuando la caída había sido 48h antes. Todo esto a gritos y con unas faltas de respeto increíbles. A todo esto , el hotel viejo y descuidado. No volveremos jamás!!

Terrorífico!!! El baño tenía una fuga de agua que provocó una caída a mi acompañante, tras reclamar nos dicen que nos reembolsan 2 noches y en el momento de hacerlo nos dicen no porque necesitan el parte de lesiones(que no pudieron en el momento de la caída) Personal exageradamente maleducado, nos gritan y faltan al respeto constantemente. El hotel es viejo, está descuidado y es muy ruidoso. Con la oferta hotelera que hay en Ribadesella no repetiremos jamás

Al principio el hotel me decepcionó un poco porque pensaba que sería más moderno, pero a pesar de eso hemos estado muy bien. El desayuno no es buffete, hay unas chicas que te lo van sirviendo y eso quizás lo haga un poco más lento pero aún así puedes pedir lo que quieras y está todo buenísimo. El trato en el hotel ha sido perfecto, todo el personal muy amable, y está ubicado en una zona muy buena. Si lo que buscas es comodidad y sencillez, te recomiendo este hotel

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel, el trato familiar y amabilísimo, con buenas recomendaciones de la dueña sobre actividades o restaurantes de la zona.Muy buenos desayunos, no son buffet pero se puede elegir entre muchas opciones todas caseras como las tortitas q estaban deliciosas. Estuvimos en una habitación triple con una cama extra para 4 personas, la habitación es grande, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y amplias y todo muy limpio. Localizacion muy buena. no tiene parking pero hay una explanada de aparcamiento justo delante. Repetiría y lo recomiendo.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in early June 2022 while walking the Camino del Norte. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. She has a super sense of humour and is an amazing chef. The host provided generous portions at dinner and breakfast. Both meals were absolutely delicious! I wish we could have stayed another night to enjoy another meal at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Situato nell'area del centro cittadino proprio all'imbocco del ponte dalla 632. Un posto molto vecchio ma di classe. Costruito nel 1912. la proprietaria gentilissima e ricca di consigli utili. Grazie.
