Sommes arrivés sans réservation préalable. Avons choisi la belle chambre avec le magnifique bow window , vue sur la place. Très confortable et calme. Avons garé la voiture à proximité, sans problème et gratuitement. Très Bon accueil. La réceptionniste a fait les démarches pour nous inscrire à l'accès de la pria das catedrais.

E’ un piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare che si trova sul corso principale. Camera pulita e curata nei dettagli e ben arredate anche se non molto spaziosa. La colazione a là carte è ottima e assolutamente variegata. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta

Espectacular, la ubicación, la habitación, el desayuno y el trato del Director y el personal del hotel. nos aconsejaron sitios para poder comer y cenar muy buenos. Recomiendo este hotel, porque muy cerca se pueden visitar zonas de Galicia y Asturias.

El director del hotel, Antonio, nos hizo pasar muy, muy mal rato. Muy mal educado y prepotente. Nos llevamos un disgustazo tremendo. En vez de ayudarnos, nos dijo que si no nos gustaba la habitación nos fuésemos a dormir al Parador de Ribadeo (simplemente solicitamos un posible cambio de habitaciones).

La forma de actuar chulesca y prepotente del director de este hotel, Antonio, nos ha resultado patética y penosa. Tras intentar, la persona de recepción, darnos una solución a un simple cambio de habitaciones, contacta con el director del hotel para ver si puede ser posible. Habitación 402, por cierto, tiene ventanas ( velux) en el tejado, el cual está lleno de gaviotas con su insufrible graznido que no te dejan dormir. La respuesta del director fue que si nos gustaba esa habitación que nos fuésemos al Parador de Ribadeo. Sus malas formas, malos modales, un tono de voz intolerable, que ponían de manifiesto una profesionalidad nula, nos dejó de piedra. CONCLUSIÓN: Director, Antonio, no sea tan prepotente con sus clientas. Ninguna clienta que pase por ese hotel se merece pasar el mal rato que esta persona nos hizo pasar. A 200 metros, Casa Arango, son apartamentos espectaculares, mismo precio, y os evitaréis pasar el mal rato que pasamos nosotras. Nosotras no pudimos reservar porque estaban completos.

Very well located hotel next to a square and garden, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Warm and helpful receptionists. Perfect and healthy café "Cayo Coco" next to the lobby for a nice breakfast, a little break in the afternoon or some drinks & tapas in the evening. We occupied a big bedroom with view on the city on the top floor, it was perfect. Little plus, nice stuff in the room minibar.

Charming hotel, wooden floors, high ceilings, combining old and modern with exquisite taste. Our room with a balcony overlooking the square had wonderful views of the church. We will repeat without hesitation. The lovely girl at the reception.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location, very attentive and friendly staff. The room was excellent and the breakfast was unbeatable (they don't know what else to do so you can have everything you want). Very family atmosphere
