This is a lovely hotel . The staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The rear terrace is a delightful place to take breakfast. Orange juice is fresh squeezed and the coffee is excellent. We loved the large shower, thé high quality towels and linens, and the robes. Shower liquid and shampoo supplies are upper end. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We slept very well. The clime was perfect and greatly appreciated as the weather was sunny and very hot. The room was nicely sized, with a high ceiling and nice furnishings. There is no ascenseur but the climb is short. We had a very nice balcony overlooking the terrace and nice windows. Absolutely wonderful. Very highly recommend!

Nous avons appelé pour préciser que nous n’avions pas ouvert de produits mais rien à faire . Inadmissible pour un établissement de cette gamme. Pratique honteuse…,

Une honte! Nous avions réservés 6 chambres pour une dispersion de cendres en famille, l’hôtel a annulé nos réservations pour répondre à une demande de privatisation aucune excuse, aucune compensation, solution alternative. L’argent avant tout.

A hotel with few rooms in the center of Aix-les-Bains. The room we had was simply magnificent, superbly decorated and equipped with a bathroom with a large shower and a super bathtub! The manager's welcome and helpfulness are to be commended! We had a platter for dinner. It was plentiful and high-quality, just like the breakfast.

Very large and pleasant room with modern decor, small downside on the brightness which was limited, due to a small window (3rd floor). The breakfast is quality and plentiful. The night telephone service is also good (staff from another hotel of the same owner because no night reception from 8 p.m. in this hotel). The big downside of our stay is the reception of the hostess who clearly made it clear to us that we were disturbing her. One of our services ordered in advance was missing, she did not appreciate being disturbed at 8:30 p.m. to bring it to us. In addition, the information concerning the presence of a secure parking lot where it was necessary to reserve in advance was never given to us. However, the hotel remains warm and pleasant, it is a shame that the staff does not live up to the brand.
