It is a very peaceful and stylish place, the staff and authorities are very nice, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, there are vegan food options, I will not look for another place next time I come...

Complaint Regarding Misleading Room Description
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we booked at your hotel in Rhodes town. We specifically reserved a garden view room, expecting a pleasant view, but were disappointed to find that the windows faced directly onto our bathroom and bedroom.
The misleading room description failed to mention that half of the rooms could potentially face the tennis court instead of the garden view. Had we been informed of this possibility, we would have chosen a different room to avoid the inconvenience of having to keep our curtains shut throughout our stay.
This oversight significantly impacted our experience and stay at your hotel in Rhodes town. We urge you to address this issue to prevent future guests from encountering similar disappointments.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that ensures a more accurate representation of room views for future bookings.

Clean, comfortable stay
The hotel is very close to the beach and an easy walk to the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Leider gibtves auf der anderen Strassenseite einen Beachclub der ab 21 Uhr Musik in die Nacht hämmert...brutal...
Trotz Zimmerwechsel auf die Rückseite des Hotels ist an schlafen bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts nicht zu denken.
Jeden Tag ruft der Nachtportier die Polizei ....von 4 Nächten kamen Sie dann 1x und dann konnte man schlafen.
Sehr schade für dieses tolle Hotel

Loistava sijainti, todella ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti hotellin Ellinrannalla. Myös pöytiintarjoiltu aamiainen toimi, samoin kuin kattoterassi jossa pienin uima-allas. Ainoa miinus oli viereisten rantabaarien ilta/yo musiikki, mutta siita selvisi korvatulpilla. Suosittelen!!

A modern Hotel, only a few years old. The location is great, in the thick of it, beach, bars and ******. That comes with noise, so that belongs to the Hotel. The rooms, in particular those on the seaside, come with a fantastic view at Elli Beach and the Sea. The rooms are nicely done and spacious. The Breakfast is nice and served in a very caring friendly and mannered way by the super friendly staff. Therefore no buffet, a la carte. On top of the Hotel is a small pool and a bar and the views from thee are even more stunning. The only critical issue to be mentioned is the WiFi network, which needs improvements. There are limits own the items per room, which is a bit a thing of the past. I have spoken to the management and they will look at that, to organize it more smoothly.

Kleines aber sehr feines Hotel! Personal ist mega und aufmerksam! Wer kein Problem damit hat, dass es direkt in der Innenstadt und an Beach Bars liegt, sollte hier unbedingt einkehren! Selten so gute Betten gehabt! Frühstück ist mega, besonders die jeden Tag wechselnden specials! Mega Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!
