Nice budget place to stay, however can be loud at night with mopeds on the pedestrian street below. Air con only in bedroom so rest of apartment can be very hot. Excellent location for all the sites, 10 mins to beach and old town and plenty places to eat and drink nearby

Lovely 3nt stay. Apartment couldn’t be more central for everything. Beach, marina, old town and Rodini park. Everything within walking distance. Dina on reception so helpful and lovely. Always had a smile on her face Gem of a property

Cannot express how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel are. Made our week in Rhodes Town that much easier and enjoyable. Location is perfect with everything that Rhodes has to offer in walking distance. Rooms are basic but kept beautifully clean and the kitchenette was useful. Would I go back absolutely in a heartbeat

We stayed 3 nights on this place. the receptionist took care of us. We were 3 but we stayed on 4 people room so that was better for us. Location was brilliant. So close to my favorite beach & starbucks. Room was clean. It is an Apart Hotel so we brought our own food & drinks. Everything was good about the hotel.

Very central and convenient location. Rooms very simple and kitchen with few items. The electric kettle wasn’t working. Air condition wasn’t working and we were there during the heatwave with two younger children. We tried to get in contact with the reception several times, but we only met the very kind and loving receptionist once when we checked in. And as we were only staying two nights, we let it pass. When we checked out at 10 o clock in the morning, still no receptionist.. Furthermore there was a massive breakout of toxic mold in the bathroom, which was quite concerning as we all felt it affecting our health.

I really enjoyed staying in the Royal Apart hotel. It's located in the centre of the Rhodes Town. Hotel is clean, rooms are big. All staff is friendly, and helpful. You can travel around, because there are bus station close to the hotel, also takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach. Especially thanks to Dina, who help with advice and directions for places to visit, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Structure in the center of New Rhodes, close to shops, services, beach, port and old town. Old furniture to be revisited. Kitchenette suitable for preparing a breakfast or having a takeaway but not well equipped for a meal. Air conditioning only in the sleeping room and not in the dining room. Bathroom with renovated fixtures but blind and without air fan. The owner Dina is only present for a few hours in the morning and the reception is not manned during the rest of the day. Dina is always available via whatsapp kindly. If renovated and renovated it would be an ideal structure for a stay in Rhodes Town

Stayed in this hotel/residence for 10 days in July 2023. Very central location in Rhodes city, attached to the Mc, on foot you can reach the sea (elly), the port and the old town in a few minutes. Furnishings a little old, but the room was cleaned every day with a change of towels included. Hotel reception staff met only on arrival And early in the morning, then apparently there is never anyone. A few precautions would be enough, such as restyling the furnishings and more presence to make this place the Top. The only flaw, having stayed on Floor 1, which is in fact a mezzanine floor, I can say that it is a bit noisy especially at night due to the continuous passage of tourists and/or motorbikes along the street

Stayed as a family (2 adults + 1 child) the first week of July. Very good location. Five minutes and you are on the beach or in the old town. It is great to walk with a child, if you are tired, then you can return to the hotel very quickly. The room has a small kitchen. Enough appliances for 3/4 people. If you want to eat fish and vegetables without overpaying in restaurants, there are several supermarkets nearby, where all this is sold in abundance ten times cheaper. And in the Cafe/restaurants to sit with a glass or ice cream) Pretty spacious rooms. And the most important thing in this hotel is of course the people who run it. Great staff! The bathroom is very slippery, we put a towel there so that the child would not slip, so we immediately put a rubber mat there. And so it is in everything. Thank you so much for such hospitality!
