The food options are limited, despite being all inclusive, the lobby bar is charged after 10pm, even the water in the minibar was not replenished, they cancelled our door cards at 9am on the check out day and we could not enter after breakfast, the receptionist explained that the system was automatically closed because we were leaving today. My 6 year old child was stuck in the room. There were small ants in the room. The only good thing was that it was two separate rooms. There was almost the same menu for every meal for three days. There was no fish on an island like Rhodes. They said that if you buy tap water it is free and if you buy it from the lobby bar it is 1 euro. The location of the hotel was good.

Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.

Hotel well located 5 min walk from the old town, the buffet is very good and varied.
The downside: a lot of noise at night because many young people come to party in this hotel. We warned the reception and despite their efforts, the nights were still very restless.

This hotel is a disgrace, breakfast ok we & other guests ate out, because the food was so bad, poor choice of dishes for lunch & dinner, drinks dire, one particular guest spoilt the holiday for a lot of people, ants & cockroaches in rooms.dirty too.

Extrêmement bruyant, la musique est en marche du matin jusqu'à 23h...
Pas de vrai parking réservé pour la clientèle, peu de places.
Le menage n'est pas nickel, douche sale, ne parlons pas de la piscine qui nest pas filtrée, eau trouble.
Repas peu variés, fruits pas mûrs...
Seul point positif, le personnel est charmant et serviable.

Hintalaatusuhteeltaan loistava paikka!
Hotelli hyvällä kävelymatkan päästä niin keskustasta, kuin vanhasta kaupungista. Taxilla lentokentältä noin 30 min ja maksoin vajaa 30 e, respassa oli töissä hyvin ystävällinen Rania, joka auttoi jos tuli ongelmia ja tervehti aina ystävällisesti ohi kävellessä. Hotellissa pääsääntöisesti muutenkin ystävällinen henkilökuntaa. Huone oli hyvä, sänky ja tyynyt todella pehmeitä, siivous olisi voinut olla hieman tarkempaa. Ruoka oli hyvää ja se oli monipuolista. Lounaalla/illallisella oli aina liha, kana, kala vaihtoehto sekä pastaa/kastiketta. Salaattipöytä myös monipuolinen. Eli kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hintalaatusuhde!

Η καθαριότητα ελλιπής καθώς τα μπάνια είχαν δυσάρεστη οσμή εξαρχής και υπήρχαν μυρμήγκια πάνω στον πάγκο του δωματίου. Επίσης οι πρωινές βάρδιες του προσωπικού αρκετά ευγενικές και προσχαρες σε αντίθεση με τον κύριο στην βραδινή βάρδια που ήταν αγενής διότι πρόσβαλε καθηγητές αλλεπάλληλες φορές και όχι μόνο. Το φαγητό μέτριο όπως και το ξενοδοχείο σε γενική εικόνα. Υ.Γ. Όταν υπάρχει προγραμματισμένη 5ημερη εκδρομή καλό θα ήταν να ενημερώνονται οι πελάτες που θα θέλουν να διαμένουν στο ξενοδοχείο τις ιδιες ημερομηνίες σε περίπτωση που έχουν θέμα με τον θόρυβο, καθώς η εκδρομή γίνεται για την ψυχαγωγηση των παιδιών χωρίς τόσο αυστηρά μέτρα και τόσους περιορισμούς που επιβάλλει το ξενοδοχείο.
