La recensione fa riferimento ad uno sgradevole episodio accaduto prima della partenza. Ho prenotato telefonicamente un soggiorno di 2 notti. Il responsabile, il giorno prima, mi ha contattata per dirmi che non c'era più disponibilità nei giorni prenotati. Mi sono ritrovata in difficoltà, con la partenza prevista per l'indomani. Ho dovuto prenotare in serata presso un nuovo hotel, con il rischio di non trovarne. Poca professionalità e mancanza di rispetto nei confronti degli ospiti. Pertanto, consiglio di non fidarsi del proprietario e richiedere una conferma cartacea della prenotazione.

Nunca conocimos a nadie en recepción
El hotel es bueno, está limpio al llegar, pero nunca vimos a una persona. Al llegar había una puerta con llave, y tuve que pedir ayuda al comercio de al lado que llamó al muchacho de la recepción. Nos abrieron en remoto y por teléfono nos dijeron que tomáramos las llaves del cuarto. Entramos y estaba bien, pero no fueron a asear el cuarto ni tirar basura.
Tienes que llegar por tren al hotel porque los taxis están carísimos, más de 150 euros

Siamo andati in questa struttura per il ponte del 25 aprile e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Mattia ci ha accolto in maniera molto professionale e ci ha assegnato una camera molto comoda, spaziosa e soprattutto pulitissima! Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti sicuramente sceglierei questa struttura! Grazie

El hotel está bien en general. Cerca de la estación Rho.Sin embargo él punto negativo es que el encargado nunca está , entonces la puerta está cerrada. Si se necesita algo hay que estarlo llamando por teléfono para que llegue a abrir, o sea hay que tener línea de teléfono Italiana para poder llamar además de hablarle en Italiano, sino , NO hay forma de comunicarse, pero llega rápido.
