At checking in time there’s no one here, we have to wait till I contact with trip then someone came slowly.
Room is good size .Location is fantastic!
Our room is next to the parking path, very noise in the midnight when guests return to the hotel. Especially there’s a chair and desk next to our window, we heard people walking, talking, sitting whole night (summer time). We didn’t sleep well, strongly suggestion that hotel needs to improve their performance.

We had a very nice stay at La Mirabelle during our visit to Europark. We are glad we chose to stay here rather than Rust, as it was so peaceful and a nice change from the park. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. And breakfast was well worth 10 euros!

Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche un minimum de professionnalisme.. Quant au service client… encore faut-il qu’il existe. Personne pour répondre à nos questions, aucune assistance sauf pour encaisser ça y’a du monde, et un personnel aussi fantomatique qu’indifférent. On a presque l’impression de déranger en étant là. Très décevant, surtout pour le prix demandé. À éviter.

Petit établissement très bien entretenu, le personnel est à l'ecoute.
Seul bémol, la literie trop molle à notre goût et le Petit déjeuner qui manque un peu de variété. Mais pour un court séjour, cela suffit amplement.

Hôtel situé à quelques minutes au sud d europa Park . Situé dans une ville résidentielle possédant toute les commodité. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres directement sur le site de l hôtel il ne nous a été demandé aucune caution ni avance . Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré quelques difficultés liés à notre faible niveau d anglais et d allemand . Les chambres familiales sont très propres et confortables la literie de bonne qualité. Il y a des plateaux de courtoisie à disposition dans les parties communes. Les petits déjeuner sont très corrects pour le prix . L accès à l hôtel est facile le stationnement y est aisé. Hôtel adapté à un séjour familial à europa Park . Le rapport qualité prix est excellent comparé aux hôtel plus proche du Park . Nous y avons séjourné avec plaisir et nous y retournerons dès notre prochaine visite au parc .
