Always such a delightful stay at this magical forest hide away. Kids had so much fun in the play area and visiting the baby donkeys.

Seeking a tranquil getaway in the forest? Forest Edge is the place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were totally re-energized after. Neil and Ashley are hands-on hosts and made our stay even better. This is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

Friendly service with gorgeous and well maintained cottages, in a peaceful location at the border of the Knysna Forest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we're looking forward to our next trip!

A perfect spot for a chilled & tranquil break away in the most serine & awesome Forest environment ! The setting is Beautiful and the Cottages are well equipped. The surrounding area also offer amazing walks / hikes through the forests. We will certainly be back to explore some more - and enjoy Forest Edge ! We were also super impressed with the pre arranged breakfast which was enjoyed on our cottage's stoep.

We had a lovely time. Good service from reception,through to the staff and the delivery of a lovely dinner and breakfast. We had to announce our arrival within an hour. Although we appreciate and understand the issue with the baboons, it would've been nice if the cottage could've been aired as it was stuffy. The regularly sprayed insect repellent took getting used to although once again we do understand the reason for it. Thanks for a lovely well equipped cottage.
