Upon check-in, the staff proactively asked if we needed earplugs and offered solutions for a peaceful night's sleep. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and efficiently. After our four-night stay, a hotel staff member even called to inquire about our experience, which truly demonstrates their dedication to guest satisfaction. As an incredible gesture, they even couriered local Chongqing specialties to us via SF Express! Your warm and thoughtful service is absolutely outstanding! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

For drivers, simply navigate to ”Urban Plaza Zone B Underground Parking”. You can park on level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the 4th floor where the hotel reception is located. My original plan was for a one-night stay, but I made a last-minute decision to extend it for an additional night. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

My friend was so pleased with their first night's stay that they extended it for an extra day. The hotel offers excellent value for money. They provided complimentary ice cream when we returned around lunchtime, and in the evenings, hot milk and foot soaks were available. The staff were incredibly thoughtful.

Now, let's talk about the food around the hotel. During our three-day visit, we sampled three hotpot restaurants and also a Jianghu cuisine spot nearby. The hotpot places we tried were Yu Mei Old Hotpot, Fei Fei Hotpot, and Wang Youcai Hotpot. Of these three, Wang Youcai Hotpot offered the best value and a very comfortable dining experience, while the other two also had their own unique charm. A little further past Yu Mei, there's an Old Stove House Jianghu Cuisine restaurant which is very authentic. Plus, there are plenty of other dining options near Wang Youcai, all within about 600 meters of the hotel.

I went out with friends and booked this hotel. It's very cost-effective, the service is pretty good, and they also gave us breakfast, which tasted pretty good, with freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles. Their lobby is beautifully decorated and very nice for taking pictures. I will recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is right across from the North Railway Station and has a great location. The rooms are also very nice, with excellent amenities and toiletries. For the price, this hotel is a great value. The only downside is that the elevators can be a bit difficult to wait for, but it's fine during off-peak travel. The front desk lady was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire process, even providing us with tips and directions to the surrounding area.

Booked a room with tatami mats upstairs but did not receive this room.  The windows should have been closed in January or the curtains left open so guests could see the windows need to be closed to keep the room warm.  The upper level was much warmer than the lower level.  The hotel was good about arranging a ride to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good even if options were somewhat limited.  Every (or most) two units share an unnecessary common door which will loudly bang in the morning if the people in the neighbouring unit get up early and go in and out through this door without leaving it open.

The hotel has a strategic location, the signboard is very eye-catching, it is convenient to travel, the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are well decorated, and the facilities and equipment of the hotel are light, luxurious, modern and smart. The hotel has relatively new facilities and equipment. The hotel has a large projection TV, and the room is spacious and bright A very cost-effective hotel, especially the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, polite and gentle. She also introduced the surrounding food. She upgraded me to a river view room with a view of the Yangtze River. The hotel is a bit far from the river, but the location of the hotel is very good. , there are many choices to eat around, transportation is very convenient, and the parking lot is relatively large. There is a parking lot downstairs. The hotel is very convenient to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It is a super good stay experience. The accommodation environment is particularly recommended. Next Will come again.

It's different from another hotel I stayed at near Jiangbei Airport the other day.

Of course, the price is different too.
The facilities are basic, the hot water comes out quickly but is a bit too hot and difficult to adjust.
The air conditioner is very noisy, even when it's off, the neighbor's room is still noisy.

The service was very good; the front desk helped call a ride-hailing service for the airport transfer. For a casual stay, the price is reasonable.

The price is less than 200, including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.
The room facilities are all there, and the most important thing is that the hygiene is up to standard.
Snacks will be provided when you check in, and the breakfast is Chinese style, so it is no problem to eat enough.
The location is excellent, in the old town, and there are many old shops around, such as Zhuazhua Chicken, Gege, Shaobai

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the whole house is smart, the experience is great, and there are very cute bear pillows on the chairs.
There are washing machines and dryers on the 10th floor, as well as laundry detergent.

Hygiene: The room is large and clean, bright and spacious, equipped with a smart toilet, the bathroom is equipped with floor mats, and the fragrance of the toiletries is a very comfortable black tea fragrance

Environment: The transportation around the hotel is convenient. There are restaurants and shops just outside the door, making life convenient.

Service: The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The restaurant is on the first floor. Breakfast has Chinese and Western options, as well as vegetables and small desserts. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the taste is very good.

It's safer to swipe the card to enter the elevator in a single-family house. The room is relatively clean, and it's a bit surprising that the bed can get sun during the day. The laundry room can wash clothes for free and dry clothes. The hair dryer is not strong enough, and the hot water has a top spray. The hotel opposite is more conspicuous on the road. In addition to Chunxi Road, there are also wholesale markets nearby.

The lobby is comfortable and spacious, the front desk service is considerate and meticulous, the room size is adequate, the configuration is generous and warm, and it is very quiet at night. The single bed in the double room is wide, and all the supplies are of good quality. The breakfast environment is beautiful, the food quality is good, and the old friends who traveled with me all praised me for booking a good

There is nothing to say about the facilities of the new hotel, but the management is really confusing. We booked a giant screen and a premium king bed. As a result, the front desk gave us a garden comfortable king bed room with a giant screen. Because the projection was different from the TV, we asked the front desk. Another person who asked the front desk told me that it was because of the wide-angle photo and that I checked in at 5 or 6 pm and they called me at 12:30 in the middle of the night to ask if I could still stay. What’s more, I checked out at 9 am the next morning. and handed the room card to the front desk. At 12.53 noon, he called me and said that we would check out at 2 o'clock. I really accepted it.

The room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathing and washing areas do not interfere with each other, which is quite convenient. The bed sheets and quilt covers are very new and clean, and the whole room is refreshing. I booked several rooms and my friends were quite satisfied.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, my friend was disapointed with a previous one even best rated than this one, but we were happily surprised. The room was spacious, the bed was large and good, the bathroom was clean with all necessary (double towels, hair dryer, tooth paste and brush). There is a washing room with washing machine (only two if i remember well), clothes' dryer and even an iron steam (which was very useful). The only thing that was missing is a mini fridge. Personnel at arrival and departure were very pleasant, communication was more difficult with night personnels.
Around the hotel there are many restaurants and convenience stores.
Funny thing: You can order your meal on the internet and be delivered by a robot, it even takes the lift :-D

Room is very smelly, strong smelly for the mould of the carpet and dusty. And the pillow also quite dirty. 
I’m still ok, but my partner body very itchy after sleep on the bed. Still heard that another room have one customer check out at midnight directly due to can stand for the bad smell. 
Need to improve for this part, even ur hotel might not a brand new facility.

Breakfast is very sad part, it’s the one and only that makeregret to purchase for the hotel breakfast. 

The only best part is the hotel provided shuttle bus for going and return Disney land, also shuttle bus for airport directly.

The place it is At 20-25 Min walk from the end of Metro line 14 Fengbang, as i was in holiday i didint mind to walk . 
It is very far from city center , once u reach the Metro then all good .
The staff are very very friendly, helpful and always Smile , even it was not rely Funny At the begening , but after , they made  me Smile also . 
They was So So kind with me , the first time i just Wanted to see how far it is the subway station, So i asked for a taxi , but then , they told to the owner or the manager , not sure who he was exactly , he took me to the subway in a nice Lexus, I was like wow. 
Then when I left same , the girls asked one other guy to take me to subway station.
I feel litlle shy , but they was very cool . 
The room was spacious,nice view from the room to the bathroom ,nice big bathroom with hot water, clean room , it is smell litlle old , but that was fine , my widow was always open. 
I highly recommended this hotel if u have work nearby.
