During a trip to Harbin, I chose a hotel close to Central Street and the subway station.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, conveniently located near everything. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family's needs. The front desk and cleaning staff were both very friendly and considerate, and the unlimited bottled water was generous.

However, this is an older hotel, so the amenities and cleanliness were a bit lacking. The carpets and walls were old and stained.

The breakfast was subpar, with limited variety, poor quality, and slow replenishment. During busy times, you had to wait a long time, almost like begging for food.

I brought my children to Harbin during the Qingming Festival and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel is decorated in a Chinese style, with rich breakfast. In addition, the parking lot is large, which is very convenient for self-driving. It is close to the subway station and has convenient transportation.

The room is spacious and clean, with soft towels and bath towels, complete hand soap supplies, and a separate wet and dry bathroom. It has its own parking lot for easy access, and it's not far from the No. 3 Convention and Exhibition Center subway exit. It's also very quiet at night. Most importantly, the front desk lady greeted me with a smile and was very enthusiastic. She even upgraded my room for free. The housekeeper came in to clean the room every day and covered my child's plush toy with a quilt to keep it warm. I'll come back to this hotel in winter. It's worth recommending!

This five-story apartment building has no hotel lobby. I heard it had one last month, but the lease hasn't been finalized yet. The first floor is occupied by a convenience store. Just past the convenience store, down the stairs and around the corner is the apartment elevator, which leads to the third floor reception. The elevator display screens are incomplete. The reception staff don't have the same uniforms, giving it a family-style feel. The rooms have the same decor as the other hotels in the Regent East Valley, but I didn't feel like they had the usual hotel quality and service. A search on the Regent East Valley official account did show that this hotel also existed, but I honestly felt the service wasn't up to par. I'd always assumed this brand was a four- or five-star establishment. The room was okay, but the overall experience undermined my trust in the hotel. The lampshade on the table lamp looked water-stained, so I didn't take a photo. The TV didn't project the screen. The receptionist and the guy were very welcoming. Seeing that I wasn't satisfied with the room, the guy immediately offered me a different room. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 20-minute walk to Harbin West. There's a breakfast stall along the way, offering dumplings for 20 yuan per plate of 18 pieces, and wontons for 15 yuan. It's convenient for catching the train after lunch. The bus station is also nearby. Across from the hotel is a shopping mall, and a little further, about 1.2 kilometers, is Wanda Plaza and the Red Square Department Store. There are also large supermarkets nearby for food and daily necessities.

The room is very big, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, with a total of 3 TVs, which is very suitable for children to watch, but the screen cannot be projected, it is only a digital TV. The living room space is very spacious, the heating is super sufficient, but it is too dry. The moisturizer equipped with the absorption table is very considerate, but there is a fatal flaw. What time can you fall asleep at night? Sleep? It depends entirely on what time the next door can go to bed. There is almost no sound insulation, and every sound can be heard very clearly, from the toilet to the whisper, all sounds are very, very clear, and it is extremely difficult to fall asleep.

My child had an exam, so I compared hotels and chose one closer to me. However, after reading reviews about it being quite dirty and requiring separate purchases for water and paper towels, I passed on the stay.

Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was new. There was a slight smell of stale food upon entering, but the ventilation and air conditioning cleared it up after a while. The appliances were also quite new. Everything was nearby, so it was quite convenient.

Cons: The refrigerator in the room seemed unnecessary; it wasn't cold at all. I bought a bottle of drink, and it wasn't cold by the time I left. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; they said it wasn't served because there weren't enough people staying, so it was delivered to the room. As you can see in the picture, it's a real waste for the price. The noodles were served in a small bowl, and I couldn't mix them. It was a real waste; I didn't enjoy most of it and just threw it all away.

The hotel is located in the old town, making parking difficult at the entrance and a bit congested. It rained heavily, so the drainage was not very good.

The hotel service was very enthusiastic. Not only did it help to upgrade the room and send drinks, but also helped to deal with the bees who accidentally flew into the house in the middle of the night. The staff was very responsible for helping with luggage. Good health, daily cleaning is very positive, the price is the highest in the neighborhood.

The parent-child suite is really good, a 1.5-meter bed, a 1.8-meter bed, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier. Just in time for the third day of the hotel to set off firecrackers, and also enjoyed the free fireworks. The red uniform agreed by the hotel waiter was very festive and the service attitude was very good. Although the restaurant is not big, the breakfast is quite rich. Two stir-fried vegetables, boiled eggs and fried eggs, steamed sweet potato stickers with steamed buns and fried dough sticks, there are many snacks, two kinds of porridge, milk soy milk are also hot, a variety of pickles and bean curd, sausages and sausages, as well as fruits and candies, in short, the price is very high, parking is also convenient. The most important thing is that it is only a little more than ten kilometers away from the aircraft carrier park, and it takes less than half an hour to drive. There is the hotel's own cafe downstairs, as well as McDonald's. There are restaurants with high ratings such as Fugui Xianghe Hairanju in about ten minutes' walk. They are all based on seafood home-cooked dishes and the dishes are large. This hotel is worth living. The only downside is that some rooms are on the side of the road, and there are always some motorcycle party engines roaring past. If you don't sleep well, you can live on the other side, and the other side is next to the residential building.

The hotel is very warm and comfortable, and the location is easy to find. It is right on the roadside and very close to the Five Avenues Scenic Area. You can go there by bike. The lady also helped to upgrade the room type. There are souvenirs in the room, which is a good experience. The only drawback is that the construction downstairs is a bit noisy in the morning. I hope I can inform you in advance next time! It is worth recommending to stay. The subway is right at the door and there is Lawson downstairs.

Because it was the first time for my child to stay in a hotel in this city for the exam, I chose a few hotels around the exam school, and each of them came to see the environment and rooms in person. This hotel is the most satisfactory. The first is the service at the front desk. The young lady (Zhang Jing) who received the reception that day was very considerate. She decisively gave up the holiday and chose this place. The second is the breakfast in the hotel on the morning of the first day of the exam. It is a buffet style. Because I was nervous, I just ate with my children. Before going out, a male chef asked me to bring bread and said that it was too difficult for parents. Deep empathy! On a whim, I went to Tianjin for two days. I chose this hotel on Ctrip. When we arrived, they saw that we were traveling with our kids, so they upgraded us to a double bathtub king room for free, which was very considerate. I'm a light sleeper, so I requested a quieter room, and they adjusted it for me. Although it's close to the road, the sound insulation is good, which basically meets the requirements. The room is spacious, the equipment is new, the central air-conditioning is not noisy. The room is very clean, the sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases are all new, the table and bedside table in the room are very clean, I'm quite satisfied! The breakfast is good, the soy milk is freshly ground, which is quite unexpected, usually it's powdered. It's not far from the West Station, and it costs 30 yuan to take a taxi to Tianjin Eye, but there are too many people, so I really can't go out to play during the holidays

Honestly, Chengdu was one of my most enjoyable trips, and the Donggu Hotel was the absolute highlight that truly exceeded all my expectations! I originally booked 3 nights via Ctrip, planning to move to a different hotel near Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng for those day trips. However, the Donggu Hotel impressed us so much – even my child didn't want to leave! – that we extended our stay for another 3 nights, ultimately spending our entire 7-day Chengdu trip here.

Getting here is a breeze: from the airport, take the subway to Tianfu Square Station, Exit C. As you exit, just look up and you'll immediately spot the hotel – it's a prominent high-rise. No need for navigation, it's literally steps away. Tianfu Square Station is only one stop from Chunxi Road, making these two stations the most convenient hubs in Chengdu. With access to both Line 1 and Line 2, most major attractions are just 1-2 subway stops away. Taxis to nearby spots typically cost around 10-20 RMB.

Downstairs, the street is bustling with diverse eateries, ranging from local Sichuan snacks to Northwestern cuisine. The Tianfu Square subway station itself houses a huge commercial complex with countless shops and restaurants.

The hotel boasts a sophisticated ambiance and incredibly clean rooms. Each room features a smart toilet, and complimentary toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes are provided daily. All toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap) come in large, generous bottles. Free bottled water is replenished daily, and you'll find a teapot for brewing tea, along with tea bags, coffee, and a hairdryer. But the absolute highlight? The FREE, FREE, FREE laundry room with dryers! Doing laundry used to be such a hassle during trips, but here it's all complimentary, and they even provide free detergent.

The front desk staff, particularly the ladies, offered exceptional service. They even surprised me with complimentary breakfast vouchers! Our initial breakfasts were also heavily discounted – truly an unbeatable deal. The breakfast spread is very rich and varied. Moreover, from 2 PM to 6 PM, the hotel lobby hosts a complimentary 'happy hour' with liangfen (a local jelly noodle dish), snacks, pastries, juices, and other beverages. Honestly, you won't even need to venture out to find liangfen in Chengdu if you're staying here!

Highly, highly recommend this hotel – it offers outstanding value for money!

We visited Wuhou Temple with my family this time, and this hotel's proximity to it is simply unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk from the entrance, saving us the hassle of commuting, which was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service; they always greeted us warmly whenever we came and went. What was particularly thoughtful was when they noticed we had elderly family members and proactively offered cool slippers. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about their guests. Our room was spotlessly clean, making our stay very reassuring. The environment was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfectly balanced between soft and firm. Even though we're used to our own beds at home, we felt no discomfort at all. We slept soundly through the night, waking up naturally refreshed and energetic enough to explore Wuhou Temple all day. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I thought there were no good hotels in Shiling, but I found this one. It was beyond my expectations. The room was spacious, the facilities were new and very good. It was very close to the food street of Chengda University, so it was very convenient to go downstairs to eat. You can also walk to Qinglong Lake. The breakfast was very rich. The girl at the front desk was warm and enthusiastic. It was great value. I recommend it.
