Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus East

We stay in this hotel for our yearly trip to Columbus for a car show. I can say that no matter how many times we stay here, we have never been dissapointed. The rooms are clean, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast is always good. The breakfast staff are very attentive and always make sure food is stocked, hot and ready. The area has plenty of nearby restaurants and is across the street from a shopping area. I recommend this hotel to family and friends and many have stayed here and were not dissapointed.

Very affordable & just off the interstate. The location is pretty good, plenty of places to eat nearby. The front desk staff were lovely. The room & common areas were clean and well maintained. There is a pretty good free breakfast offered. Our room was nice, but oddly only one side of the bed had any plugs. The side that did have plugs had a lot of them, but the other side had zero within reach. A bit strange but not a deal breaker. The shower had good water pressure & toiletries. The towels were generous sized & soft. The noise was a bit of an issue. We could clearly hear any talking or movement in the hall or in the room next to us. It was so bad that it sounded like they were in the room with us. I don’t think they were being loud, I think the rooms just do not muffle sound at all. There was also a fair amount of highway noise. Overall I would consider staying here again if looking for a good value. The price is great & the staff are nice. I think I will try another hotel in the area for my next trip. I’d rather pay a little more to have a quieter room.

This has got to be the best hotel customer service I have ever received. We had three or more people ask how we are and if we needed anything at all in the first few hours we were there. The owner himself came and helped us with some little things he thought hay have been a challenge (that turned out to not even be a challenge). I loved the responsiveness. I already booked my next stay when we have business here next time. Loved it!

Dead bolt didn’t work. Ice water in lobby but no cups. Out of apple juice at breakfast. Room was clean.

The rooms are roomy and clean. There is a nice indoor pool with some exercise equipment. They have self- serve breakfast every morning. Unfortunate!y I was unable to get room with walk in shower. Being handicapped and shower/tub combination did not have any grab bars made taking a shower very difficult and frightening. Staff is friendly and polite!

Very clean, personnel very hospitable. They have a Laudry room!! Free breakfast! Very nice very close to shopping and eating areas!!
