Company moved our bookings to this hotel as we are coming weekly for the next couple of months. These guys far exceed expectations. Staff is so friendly. New and nice!

Fantastic stay all around. Service and the cleanliness of the hotel was beyond incredible. Management and owners truly know what they are doing. A major plus was they had universal tesla chargers so I could charge my truck

I am not sure why a hotel that is simply 4 months old would have so many identifiable issues in the suite; broken caster leg on the dining table, non-funcitioning bathroom vent, and crooked toilet seat that seemed like it was ready to break! But worse is that after calling the front desk in the early evening to pick up more towels my companion approached the desk and the attendant just turned and left...not to get towels, just pretending she didn't see a customer. Then the next day the same thing happened to me during checkout. A different front desk woman had her cell phone out and sharing info with another worker while I stood there waiting to hand over my keycard. After she finished her convo with him, she just turned and left and did not return while pretending that she didn't see a customer standing there. Staff needs better training!

We stayed here during our Memorial weekend trip to Columbus for a family reunion. Wow this hotel and service blows others away. Staff was amazing and helpful. And rooms/hotel was so clean. You can tell they all work very hard here. Also, really convenient of having EV chargers where I didn't have to worry in finding a close by location.

Don’t list among your amenities that you have electric vehicle charging if it will only charge one brand of electric vehicle. There are literally dozens of other vehicles on the market at this point that your Tesla only vehicle chargers will not work with. I tried using the Tesla app and then confirmed with the front desk that the chargers only work with Tesla vehicles. The hotel is otherwise fine. Room seemed clean. Breakfast was fine. A kid vomited in the pool and when my daughter made the front desk aware they seem to not care very much.

I will never stay in this hotel again the owner's son knocked on my door, announced "front desk"opened the door!! i had see thru cami on and tiny underwear! i did make corporate complaint !! what a disappointment for Hilton!! do not stay at this hotel

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The free breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and the large gym had everything I needed for a great workout. The best part? The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night’s sleep every night. The staff was also friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next work trip!
