This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. I paid the room fee online, but the hotel deducted the money again when I arrived. They also said that the refund will take 5-7 working days. Please avoid this hotel.

If you want to change rooms, you can only upgrade, which costs 10,000 isk per night. Also consider your budget carefully before making a decision. 2. The hotel has no parking lot, so you have to find a parking space yourself. The road at the entrance was blocked, so you had to walk a distance with a bunch of luggage to check in. 3.
