After landing, it took 2+ hours to obtain the car we had rented. This is the slowest line I have ever seen for an airport car rental and there is no explanation as to why. There were four staff members on hand that were moving painfully slow. This is not the way to begin a vacation.

DO NOT rent from this company!! They will find a way to cheat you out of money. I've rent many cars over the years and was never given a car with this many kilometers on it or screwed on the return. They made me pay for scratches they found under a bunch of dirt on the vehicle. Weirdest thing ever. Obviously they do this often. I should have read the reviews prior to renting. The reviews are awful and have about an 1/5 star rating. Lesson learned and will never rent from them again.
