Very satisfied! Iceland has extreme weather. I walked to this hotel after checking out from other hotels in the morning. I originally planned to store my luggage first and wait until the afternoon to check in. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady asked me to wait for half an hour to clean up the room before letting me check in. I was touched!! The room is very spacious! The scenery is unbeatable! The transportation is very convenient. It's amazing!!! I will stay here again next time!!

The single room I booked is in a loft-like location. Not recommended for tall people as they may bump their heads. The front desk service is unfriendly. It can only be described as a fake smile. There is a lack of sincere service. The breakfast is so-so. The only bright spot of the hotel is the location.
