The only drawback is that the detergent has insufficient cleaning power and there is no cooking oil provided. I came here before and commented that check-in was at another place. Sure enough... I think the hotel should send us an email to tell us that it is difficult to carry luggage all the way in the snow... The place to stay is okay and has everything we need. It is within walking distance to various attractions. The staff are also very nice and the hygiene is good. Only the check-in aspect needs to be improved...
