The sound insulation is very poor, I don't know where the water leaks at night, my friends and I didn't fall asleep until three o 'clock in the morning, and the door of the building outside is also shaken every time it is closed. The floor stinks like you cleaned the bathroom and then you cleaned the bedroom

The room facilities are very new, the staff are also very nice, the heating is very hot, but I may not have found the hair dryer.

It is a self check-in with no frontbdesk staff. But staff personnel was responsive with email. It would be even better if the hotel will consider using Whatspp.

I can absolutely sympathise with people who struggle to get in and check in to this hotel. When you book through a 3rd party app, you do not receive your room number or entry code. The check-in process is then an adventure of trying to shout into a tablet near the front door, for a call that lasts maximum 2 minutes before it disconnects and you have to try again. The layout is… odd… to say the least, but if you follow the signs you can eventually end up at your room (if you find some of the doors that work, not all do). The maintenance person who broke into our room while we were out forgot to lock the door, so we were at risk of all of our things being stolen, which wasn’t ideal. The room itself was nice, location is good and as long as you don’t need anything, you are getting what you pay for.

Stayed a second time just due to the price and decent location. The check-in process is horrible via third party apps like trip.com as you don’t receive your room number and entry code. The general review I can give is “you get what you’re paying for”. Reykjavik is expensive and this place is decent enough.

Everything was perfect. The room size is excellent. We stayed at another place in Iceland before coming to this hotel. The best part was the water from the tap; unlike the other place, there was no unpleasant smell due to sulfur content at Aska. I would rebook, if I am visiting Iceland again. The best part about Iceland is, bus stops are near to all the hotels.

Stunning in every way. Comfortable warm room with everything you'd need. And a short walk from BSI bus terminal and also to the town. Will be back for sure!

Seeing some reviews saying it was difficult to check in, I was a little worried and scared at first, but finally check in went smoothly, the day before check-in I received an email saying the password to enter the door (hotel uses electronic lock) The room is quite big, with a refrigerator, a kettle, a cup, a clothes hanger, a few hooks for hanging clothes, a cabinet for stuff, and a table and stool. We live on the 4th floor with a terrace, toilets are quite good, shower shower hydraulic power and draining water are all no problems. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk~ The downside I think is the location, from the airport to the hotel, after getting off the bus to walk 10 minutes, I go in winter, there is snow underground, very hard!  And the room lighting is darker and yellower, but it doesn't affect life very much! Just I like brighter.  I didn't take any photos inside the room, only two landscape photos taken in the hotel😂

The hotel has a free parking lot, which is very convenient if you are using a rental car. The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center, and there is a supermarket nearby, so I was able to spend my stay comfortably. The rooms are very clean. Security is also good.

The hotel facilities are very comfortable and the items are all new. I am very satisfied. The only problem is that the sink is too close to the shelf. I feel like I will hit my head when washing my face. But it is not a big problem. The front desk is also very gentle.

Suitable for self-driving travel, the view from the window is great. But if there is a strong wind outside, I will not be able to sleep at night because the door is not clean and often makes a "bang bang" sound. It is so noisy that I can't sleep, which is very disturbing! 

This is my first time experiencing no front desk reception. I didn't pay attention to my emails so I finally checked in after a lot of trouble.

The facilities are very new and the location is close to the city center. I am very satisfied with everything. The waiters clean up the room every day. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The service is 24 hours a day. It is very convenient. My room happens to have a terrace and the view is very good! Recommend everyone to stay! The only drawback is that there is no breakfast!

There is no front desk in the room, and you need to check in by yourself. The disadvantage is that the layout of the hotel rooms is irregular, and you have to go around to get to your room
