Absolutely nothing as displayed in room. They were not even bothered to cancel the booking. We had to please them to continue with booking.

During winter’s expectation is to have hot bath water which was not available at the property, bedding wasn’t good but food was awesome

Nice hotel. Situated in the heart of the city. Easy access to most places. Safe environment. I booked the super deluxe suite because I like to live in a spacious environment. The room had a bath and shower facility. There’s a lovely hotel in the restaurant. Food is freshly prepared. Staff is cordial and always willing to help. Hotel has a hall on the fourth floor to cater for small functions. Around the hotel are many shops for easy shopping. Within walking distance are restaurants and market places. I feel a little more effort should be in maintaining the place as this is a very lovely hotel. I must admit though I really enjoyed my stay as I was willingly assisted by staff at all times
