The accommodation was great, but a bed had to be made in the room for our son, apparently only booked for 2 adults. Lt. But I received confirmation for 3 people on the trip. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Voici un restaurant qui sait qu'il est le seul sur ce grand site! Service long, saumon ultra cuit, hamberger végétarien hyper gras et indigeste mais le pire, c'est que le prix des vins n'est pas noté! Nous avons pris un sauvignon car prix correct en général mais là 35 euros pour un vin de médiocre qualité et on a entendu les serveurs se moquer à notre sortie! Enfin bref, il est préférable d'emporter son repas ou manger avant d'aller sur le site

Das Essen war super umd trotz vieler Gäste super schneller Service. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Frühstück ist super reichhaltig, habe nich nie so viele Dinge für Müsli auf einmal gesehen. Hier werde ich auf dem Weg in den Süden nicht das letzte Mal gestoppt haben!

La prima cosa che colpisce di questa hotel, è il contesto in cui è ubicato. Infatti, si trova in una antica struttura medievale immersa nella natura. Sono ancora intatte una parte delle mura con il ponte levatoio e quello che era una caserma è diventato un hotel ed un'ottimo ristorante. L'ambientazione delle camere è rustica con legno a vista e sono molto accoglienti e pulite. La sala da pranzo dove, al mattino si consuma una colazione più che abbondante e varia, è molto accogliente ed in cucina preparano ottimi ed abbondanti piatti della tradizione Austriaca. Consiglio vivamente la cena in questa struttura sia per la qualità del cibo che per il prezzo economico. E' presente anche un piccolo museo medievale con negozio a tema e dal piazzale parte anche il sentiero che porta al ponte sospeso più lungo d'europa.... Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare anche fussen (circa 15Km) con i suoi castelli ad un prezzo decisamente più economico....

Ich brauchte etwas zum schlafen und etwas was zentral gelegen ist zu unseren geplanten Ausflügen. Highlight war natürlich die Brücke und die Burg oberhalb. Vielleicht bin ich nicht so anspruchsvoll aber ich fand alles gut und kann mich den teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Ich komme gern wieder

Staying at the foot of the castle ruins and the 179 high line was a unique experience. The history of the grounds is why we stayed here.

Nach Besichtigung der Burgruine Ehrenberg und Überquerung der Highline kamen wir auf dem Rückweg zum Gasthof Klause. Die Fritten waren kalt und der Service bedingt freundlich. Fazit: Nie wieder, total auf Masse ausgelegt.

Tolle Lage
Gute Lage zur Burgenwelt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer okay. Später Check-in war möglich. Aber, verglichen mit anderen Hotels, beim Preis-Leistungsverhälniss zu teuer.
