Encore Resort at Reunion

Great customer service and amazing house!! I was greeted at the front desk by Sarai and explained the details of my stay. To include the amenities on site and things to do in the surrounding area. Thanks again to Sarai for taking time to explain more information in preparation for a larger family gathering at encore resorts!!

From our arrival and throughout our 2 week stay we were always made to feel welcome by customer service. Aarron was our first point of contact to show us options on the villa being offered to us, he was extremely polite and welcoming. Sarai was also very polite and professional, she welcomed us and followed up on our requests for small maintenance work ensuring we were happy, each day we were at club house she always gave a warm welcome and excellent Customer Service Skills, nothing was ever too much trouble. Another lovely receptionist was Aliyah, who was very helpful every time we approached the desk, she was very patient and eager to help in anyway to make our stay go smoothly. Restaurant meals and service were amazing, the staff Joe and Heather had excellent Customer Service. The food was amazing, we all had different choices and each of us said it was the best meal we had, unfortunately as we were at the disney and universal each day we tended to eat at Olive Garden on way home…. Now here is a great comparison as normal we rate Olive garden at top of our food choice but now we wished we had ate more at Club house totally recommend the Steak dish also Salmon dish. Also the cocktails at bar were amazing…. Thank you to all staff

The home er rented was beautiful!! We also really enjoyed the outdoor Waterpark. When we travel to the theme parks. We had on site access to a shuttle, and a stroller delivered to our doorstep. Ms. Eran ensured our family had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location for 34 person family reunion. We rented 2 houses that were offered at one rental price. This was perfect to share an intimate family experience

We arrived after booking through the website directly. We booked a 6 bedroom west side home. Our family of 8 adults was excited for some pool time and a large space to relax and gather. The home we walked into is tiny in terms of living space, it’s extremely outdated, the pool is a postage stamp, no where near large enough to accommodate our group. Do not recommend, if you stay here, book through VRBO or Airbnb so you can select your own home vs being assigned a crappy, tiny home with zero amenities. We stayed here in the past in a different home and enjoyed a large pool, game room, movie theater and more. I have to say I would prefer to just go home but our reservations are non refundable. Not quite the relaxing dream vacation we were looking forward to and will never be staying at encore again.

Exceeded our expectations wonderful stay at this resort !! Plus access to 3 water parks for free and the property is very close to Disney and Universal!!
