Our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected, especially given the significant cost. We spent over $10,000 for three rooms over six days and were met with numerous issues that severely impacted our stay. Firstly, the elevator door malfunctioned, closing abruptly on my mother and causing her to spill hot coffee on herself, resulting in a burn. To our dismay, the hotel did not have a first aid kit available to treat her injury. The bathroom in our room also had drainage issues, leading to my three-year-old niece slipping and injuring her arm. In addition, my room had a persistent sewage odor. When maintenance arrived, they sprayed disinfectants that triggered my mother's allergies, causing her to cough throughout the night. The hotel's amenities were also disappointing. The pool area was consistently overcrowded, with no available chairs, and the same was true for the beach. Despite this, we were charged extra to sit near the restaurant. The lobby lacked air conditioning, the rooms were cramped and outdated, and when we raised our concerns with the staff, we were offered only a cheap bottle of wine as an apology. Overall, our stay was deeply unsatisfactory, and we expected much more from a hotel of this caliber.

Crete was all around great but the staff and food at the Creta Palace were incredible. I don’t even want to name any names because I would gate to leave anyone out. From the welcome drink to checkout everyone at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The food was exceptional. We did not expect 5 star meals at the hotel buffet. The only thing that is a bit of a bumber was that the beach, right at the water line was a bit rocky. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to vacation in Greece.

The hotel was advertised on TUI as all inclusive, it isn’t. They said we were on a compliment package which meant only the food in the buffet restaurant was included. Certain bar drinks weren’t included to 6pm and even then only certain drinks. Getting a sun bed by the pool, forget about it. The buffet restaurant was good quality but the same every day and became very boring. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel was really nice and well maintained. Got hit with 120 euros hotel tax charge when checking out. 10 euros per day is disgusting.

Hotel & staff were excellent and worked together so efficiently! Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, was clean and felt so relaxing. Brought our granddaughter with us and she loved it to! I so loved this place didn’t want to go home! Ideal location to travel out for the day!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön und sauber, jedoch mit Steinen beim Einstieg, Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal war überall äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend (speziell Evelina, Otilia und Babis:-)). Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber, ok für eine Familie mit 1 Kind. Allerdings hatten wir uns unter „Bugalow“ etwas anderes vorgestellt. Wir hatten das Zimmer im oberen Stock eines Bungalows mit Garten, mit einem recht kleinen Balkon. So gesehen hätten wir auch ein günstigeres, normales Hotelzimmer buchen können. Zudem verdeckten die Palmen die gebuchte Meersicht. Das Buffet sowohl am Morgen wie auch am Abend war sehr gut, reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen!

Only good things to say! Staff brilliant, extremely friendly helpful and genuinely cared about the guests (even more than what you would expect from a 5* resort) going above and beyond to make our stay as a big family fabulous. I would definatly recomend and encourage anyone who can to visit!

Amazing hospitality! This was my first time in Greece. The staff were too kind, very professional and accommodating. Well worth the time and money for this trip. Isavella and Manolis? What can we say…..true professionals. Everyone else was equally wonderful. Definitely will be back! Thank you!

Je viens tous les ans depuis longtemps mais cela a baissé ! On m'a donné la chambre 127 qui est avec les 125, 126 et 128, les plus bruyantes car donnant sur le hall avec la musique et les cris d'enfants et autres toute la journée et la soirée. J'avais eu cette chambre la première fois et j'avais demandé à changer, ils avaient reconnu le problème qu'ils connaissaient. Eh oui, quand on voyage solo, on paye un supplément chambre individuelle et en plus on a les plus mauvaises ! Là, il a fallu un scandale avec le directeur pour changer après la première nuit. On m'a donné une chambre plus calme mais la climatisation de niveau 1 ne fonctionne pas donc soit c'est la climatisation sans dormir soit la chaleur ! De plus, la niche pour le café est très bien mais il manque...la prise électrique ! C'est con ! Enfin, quand je vois la clientèle, ce qui est proposé au buffet et les prix pratiqués, je crois qu'il y a une politique commerciale différente dont je doute de la rentabilité...

Really nice experience here! So many nice people (e.g. Nikos) to make our stay exceptional. Throughout our stay we enjoyed the pool (the sea was far too wavy), the spa, the restaurants and the lobby bar. The food in the restaurants was really good however the food in the main buffet restaurant was mediocre.
