The hotel is very new, with good facilities, and meets the five-star standard. The location is also very good, right by the sea, opposite the beach is nice, there are two swimming pools in the hotel, the children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time.

I just had to come back and it was the best decision. The spa treatments were my reason for choosing this hotel. The hotel itself is fantastic, a great, happy friendly team. The sauna and steam room were perfect and I even had a bath before a treatment to relax my muscles which felt amazing. My only negative is that the kids club is above the spa and the noise travels. It wouldn't stop me returning now I know how skilled the spa team are but it would make a huge difference if it was located in a quieter spot. I have health issues and put my trust in the spa team hear more than anywhere in the world (I travel alot). Manos and Maria made me feel so so much more well. Maria does a fantastic body massage. Manos was able to perform the best lymphatic massage I will ever have. He was also highly skilled in making back adjustments and after just 1 appointment with him I was 10 times better. After 2 appointments I was 100 times better. I am already saving to return in the spring.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. We went on a few trips around the island and fell in love with Crete and its people. The rooms were kept very clean. The shower was great and the bed really comfortable. We changed room after the first night as it was noisy and ended up in a lovely spot which got loads of sun on the balcony. The food at breakfast could be better however the evening buffet was pretty good. The staff were generally friendly. Reception staff not so much. I said hello to the maid a few times and one day she left me a note asking for some medicine she had taken out of my bag in the bathroom and left in the bedroom. The maid said she really needed my packet of canestan so of course I left it the next day with a note, antibiotics for uti, 5 euros and sanitary towels. I got back that night and the items had gone but I was sad she hadn’t left me another note to maybe thank me. It was only on the way to the airport I realised cash had also gone from my bag as well. This was no fault of the hotel but maybe next season they should check references a bit better. I would still recommend this hotel. It was great value for money and the incident I had with the ‘not local’ maid was probably a one off.

1. Rooms are modern, good equipped (AC, small kitchen, table with chairs, comfortable beds), clean and tidy 2. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. There are a lot of varieties of the food, so that everyone can find something. Everything is delicious. They change the food theme every night in a week (Chinese, Greek, Italian...) 3. Stuff is also polite, helpful and they speak both English and German 4. There is also spa and massage center, with sauna and pool. The massage is very good, the therapists do their best to relax you and get the stress away. You can choose the whole body massage, or only face, or back and neck. I can recommend especially the therapist Kostas, who helped me a lot to relieve the pain in the back. 5. Location of the hotel is super, it is not far away from the city, and also it is on th beach. It has its own sunbeds and the guests of the hotel get the for free. The beach is perfect when there are no waves.
