Visiting family and friends Fabulous value for the size of room.We have stayed here many times when visiting family in Retford. Our room this time was a little disappointing compared to all the other rooms we stayed in.The bed was a double but we only had a single wardrobe and 5 hangers.Usually there is ample wardrobe space and a seating area.I will definitely return but will ask for the rooms we've had on previous visits. It is a very comfortable place to stsy and handy for walking into town.

Short holiday to see family We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value.

Absolutely superb five star with everything staff are friendly, polite , everywhere is spotless facilities are fantastic, our little lad had left his favourite toy in a drawer in the room they found it and posted it back to us. Absolutely superb service.

We were visiting family and The Lawns was just around the corner. Someone was there to show us the well equipped kitchens if we wanted to cook breakfast or any other meal. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were amazed at how everything was so clean, organised and such good value. Superb greeting on arrival, so helpful.

We organised a late checkin and we were kept fully informed as to where the key wiuld be and which room we had been allocated. The room was very clean and well presented. Will definitely book again when we're in the area

Only stayed one night, but this property was exactly as advertised on the ******* site. It was clean, easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. The common kitchen was well equipped, clean and convenient. Close to grocery store, easy parking.
