stayed at this hotel for flight was cancelled and they put us up in this hotel check in and check out was excellent, breakfast was free and i give it a 5 star rating transportation from the airport to the hotel was good all they returned us back..

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Location near Reston Town Center was perfect for our stay. The two front desk representatives we encountered, Ladan and Elina, were exactly what you would hope for in a hotel's staff. They were helpful, courteous, and professional; even more important, both of them were extremely cheerful and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I coordinated a group stay through their sales and marketing team for some foreign VIP members coming in for a multi-day visit in the Virginia and Washington D.C. areas. The team was very straightforward and made the booking process easy with costs and everything associated with the stay, especially Neal. The hotel was within walking distance of places to shop and eat for the foreign VIP members which was a big plus. Overall, I received good reviews and comments from my team that was on site for this event and would recommend this hotel for any organization bringing in VIPs or guests to stay in the area.

Super clean, very comfortable bed, large room(s), friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Parking is a bit tight at times, but manageable. This has been for a bit and will remain our go-to place for our frequent trips to the area.

We just got done with a long stay there and couldn't not be more pleased with this stay. Front desk staff was helpful and very nice. We had a one bedroom with 2 queen beds. We chose to this for the kitchen as we wanted a full size refrigerator as we needed a regular freezer for our stay. The room was very clean, couldn't find a complaint about anything, even the nooks and crannies were clean. The breakfast was pretty good for free hotel breakfast and a lot better than my last stay at a different Homewood suites in VA. Everything was cooked the way it should be. potatoes were hot a crisp and eggs were not overcooked. The biscuits and gravy morning was a pleasant surprise. I usually wouldn't even try that previously, but biscuit was light and flaky and gravy had great flavor. Pleasant surprise. Wednesday night snacks was very pleasing. We had Chicken Strips and potato wedges, salad, soup, cheese & crackers, Pita chips and hummus, and great cookies for dessert. The parking was great, always had a spot when we came back. About 5-10 minutes to lots of food choices by car. Very nice fire pit with seating outside. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I could definitely see this being a good place for an extended stay. We were there for four nights and the room was very clean and generally comfortable. As others have noted, the location is tucked away deep in a business park, which makes it quiet but not the easiest to get to. That’s okay, though. We had two issues with our stay: (1) the A/C is set to operate via motion detection, which meant it did not run at night unless we woke up and moved around. So it got very warm and stuffy overnight in the room. (2) On one morning, we came down for breakfast 45 minutes before the end of service, and other than a few slices of bread, food was completely out. Nothing hot, like I said just a little bread available. We ended up going out to eat. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel through their chat (a great feature, by the way) the response was to tell me what the breakfast hours were — which I already knew and had said I was there before it was over. Those two issues will make me likely not return, the A/C being a bigger issue than the breakfast. Still giving four stars since everything else was fine.
