Great location near Dulles airport

This hotel put in a $10 parking charge as of November 1 in a suburban location with ample outdoor parking spaces - no garage. This is not walking distance to any transportation - the $10 charge feels like a complete rip-off.

This was our second time staying at this hotel which is very well-maintained and clean. It is in a nice and safe area, not far from Reston Town Center and Wegmans. The complimentary breakfast offerings were limited but good. There was yogurt, cereals, muffins, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pulled pork and salsas. The Wednesday evening reception was only 1.5 hours. There was lettuce and salad dressings, cheese, chips, wine and beer. The speed humps on Business Center Dr. are irritating. The bed was a bit hard. We had trouble getting kitchen wash cloths and towels. The utensils and glasses provided were not enough, but we got a few things sent up after contacting the front desk which was always very responsive. The manager was very apologetic, and gave us 10,000 Hilton points. All of the employees were very nice and tried to help.

I stayed almost one month at this propriety, I love it. Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Location near Reston Town Center was perfect for our stay. I can't say enough good things about them! Rooms were clean, sanitized, comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone at the front desk was so nice from check-in to check-out. They make you feel welcomed anytime you come through their doors. The facility itself was very pretty, safe and close to DC, to Leesburg premium outlet, to fair Oks and Tyson corner mall, to Sterling, Ashburn, Dulles international airport etc. I want to thank the GM Mr. Said Toumadi for excellent hospitality. it's surpassed my expectation. Your stuffs treated me like a family and make sure everything I needed for a comfortable stay readily available. Thank you, Chris, Ladan, Omar, the Night Audit, The housekeeping and the housemen. My seven-year-old granddaughter and I arrived after 10:30 PM.. it had been a long day. We checked in and took our luggage to our room… once in the room, I noticed a very strong cat urine smell.. unfortunately my granddaughter was exhausted so there was no way we could switch rooms.. I also started getting stuffy and itchy due to all of the animal dander. The room appeared clean, but the smell was absolutely terrible… in the morning I spoke to the front desk.. the lady I spoke to said I should’ve said something about having animal allergies. I have never had to tell anyone about animal allergies when staying in a hotel… I spoke to the manager and he said he couldn’t comp my room because I booked through a third-party..(Expedia) I also needed to use the electric vehicle charging station -both chargers were in use.. in the morning. I moved my vehicle and had to call the charging station because it’s not listed on the app.-I was told it’s owned by the hotel.. then the hotel charges you to charge your vehicle.. I could’ve stayed any better hotel that didn’t have a EV charger paid less and had a better experience.. I will never stay at this hotel ever again !! We stayed in room 119 apparently the first two floors are dedicated to pets..
