I can tell this hotel is still pretty new! The building and room was immaculate. Friendly encounters with staff. Check-in was smooth and parking validation wasn’t complicated. I stayed for a one-day staycation and it was perfect. I will likely stay again.

Titanium status. OK hotel - one of the weaker brands in Bonvoy, AC does not have a lounge, no breakfast included, welcome gift choice for elites is 1k points or $10 food credit. Not a lot of frills. Rooms are small and not many options (king, 2 double, or king suite - none of which have sofabed). The room with 2 beds shows online that they are queen size - but they are clearly double. I did not go up to the rooftop, but my husband said it was nice. We spent a lot to time in the indoor pool with our kids. It was pretty small, but we were the only ones there so we didn’t mind. Only 4 lounge chairs in the whole area. Plenty of towels though! Breakfast was underwhelming. $20 for a minimal buffet with 2 additional options. We’ve stayed at the Westin Reston nearby and I would choose that over this hotel. Front desk could use some additional training in customer service as well.

New, beautifully designed public areas. Very thoughtful rooms. Attentive staff. We stayed here to compliment some involvement with Reston Hospital, and shall do so again in August. Very convenient to all that Reston Two. center offers.

Enjoyed my quick 1-day stay at this hotel that opened just 4 months ago. Very sleek and sophisticated decor, easy access to the parking garage (parking on levels G2 or G5 has the most easiest access to the lobby and hotel elevators), and what matters almost first next to cleanliness-the great staff. Skylar at the rooftop bar was nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for a "sweet" drink. The kitchen was closed on my late night trip to the 16th floor so I didn't get to try the food. Surej and Pierce at the front desk accommodated my concerns and minor issues with the room immediately. Michele the Front Office Manager was fantastic upon checkout and guided the front desk agent, Pinar on how to ensure my checkout process was completed in great customer service fashion. I will definitely be returning to visit this hotel next time I'm in the area.

Very trendy property and is also brand new. Close to everything. The rooms look nice but bathrooms are poorly designed (shower water leaks all over the floor). Be sure to bring water since the room comes with too very small bottles.
Note they don't provide complimentary breakfast, which is shocking for a hotel at this price level. The cost of breakfast is $20 and absolutely not worth it.
There was a serious noise issue with my room while I stayed on the property (wind and next door guest) making it very difficult to sleep. Hotel staff was apologetic and offered a partial refund which is why I gave the property 3 stars instead of 1.

I had a fantastic stay at the AC Marriott in Reston, VA! The hotel was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The hotel itself was spotless—everything from the lobby to the rooms was impeccably clean and beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my experience even better. The location is great, with easy access to dining and shopping (reston town center and more). I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

I loved the property and the staff, unfortunately the sheets were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows.
I did not sleep well at all during my 3 night stay and would probably not return due to this situation.
