The indoor sports field is worth recommending! The lady who registered on the negative first floor was very enthusiastic. The lady in the lobby bar was very friendly! The weekend night activities were wonderful. The breakfast restaurant has a rich variety of dishes. You can apply for late check-out.
The children's indoor playground is not the same as the promotion. Many small rooms are closed and not open to all. The children's swimming pool is super noisy. The quiet pool is only open to adults. The outdoor swimming pool and children's area have not been opened this month.
The check-in experience is super bad!!! Arrived early at 12 o'clock, and the security guard at the door guided the lobby location. After registering the information, the lady in the lobby said that the room had not been cleaned yet and needed to wait. She would call me when the room came out. So I started waiting for 5 and a half hours! Among them, I asked around 14:30, and Mai Dudu said that the room had been cleaned and it would be soon. I asked around 16:00, and Zhou Chen said that there were many people today and I still needed to wait. I would call me when the room came out. Around 17:40, I asked again that the lobby room had come out! What about the phone call that was promised? Believe, trust and wait for the call!
Room 3212 in Building 3. The toilet has a faint smell and the floor water is always dry. The room is not soundproof! Not soundproof!!

I didn't expect the environment to be quiet here, adjacent to Heilongtan, the small elegant villa of the manor, a good place to avoid tax in summer.
The only fly in the ointment, the room is slightly smaller, the balcony is large, the hot water supply in the bathroom has a problem, there is no hot water after ten o'clock in the evening, and I have been waiting for two hours without washing. Need to improve the hot water supply system!

The environment of the hotel is still as good as before. This time I brought my children to play in the water. The swimming pool facilities are complete and upgraded on the basis of the previous ones. The water is also very clean. The children had a lot of fun in the water park. The breakfast is very rich and complete. There is a shuttle bus to every place. The only shortcoming is that the air conditioner is too loud, the infrastructure of the north building is a bit poor, the sound insulation of the house is not good, and at 11 o'clock there are still customers who make loud noises because of the problem of checking in. Thanks to the housekeeper light for actively solving any problems. Finally, I hope that the InterContinental Heilongtan will get better and better.
