So nice hotel which is quite close to the Reno Airport. Just contacted the hotel and they will send a free shuttle bus to picked up us even in late evening

It's so close to the airport, there's even a shuttle bus, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the water pressure was also satisfactory. I didn't expect much since it was free breakfast, but it was similar to the breakfast I paid for at other hotels, so I was very satisfied.

Parking charge- beware. Near airport. Rooms were clean and service acceptable. Unless you need to be near airport, would try other options.

My late evening flight was cancelled recently and they quickly accommodated my brief but much appreciated long nap before my early flight the next morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were so so appreciated for an early morning flight. Highly recommend if you’re flying out of Reno airport and need a room close by!

This place was perfect for a quick Reno visit. Rooms were large, parking easy, clean hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast has good options. We used Hyatt points as payment and it’s a great value paying this way or cash. We will stay here again!
