DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I want to start this review, which I seldom do, by stating that I have stayed in La Quinta Hotels by Wyndham many times as I am a business professional who travels regularly and they are usually quite nice . This was, I hope, an exception as I am considering never staying at another @wyndhamlaquintahotels ever again! We booked a 4 night stay to visit some friends. When we arrived late that evening, our room was DISGUSTING!!! The linens looked like they had been soiled by homeless people and just watched without bleach, if they were washed at all! The room absolutely STUNK like urine and the TV did not work but this wasn't the worst thing. The restroom had not been cleaned and had piles of hair as if someone had recently cut their hair in the room!!! There were ***** hairs on the toilet and in the bath. Needless to say, we did not bathe that night! We called the front desk that night and the following morning but never got an answer. The next morning, we had to use the stained towels and soap to clean the restroom so that we could bathe. We went to the front desk and spoke with a woman, or should I say LIAR, by the name of Isha who said she would get us another room by 2:30pm that day but we had plans to be visiting friends for the day so let them know we would be back later. We returned that evening to get our new room keys only to be told that they had no available rooms. We asked if our room had, at least, been cleaned and the clerk said he did not know. We entered the same room with the same foul stench of death, the towels that we used sitting where we left them and the bed unmade. We were tired from the days activities and decided to leave in the morning. When we went to the front desk the following morning, I spoke with lying Isha who very kindly said she was "sorry for our inconvenience and", LYING TO OUR FACES, that she "would provide us with a refund." When Trip.com reached out to her, she LIED AGAIN, stating that she never said that. We then called her again the next day and confronted her about her saying she would refund us, she changed her story saying that "the management was handling." THEY CHARGED US FOR THE 4 DAY STAY EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAYED 2 IN FLOPHOUSE CONDITIONS!!! This woman is a disgrace and this location is unworthy of the name of Wyndham!!! Best believe, I am going to be taking this directly to the corporate offices of Wyndham shortly to make them aware of the slummy location and their unethical staff. If this is not resolved, I may start a class action suit against this location. If anyone else has a similar story, we can get them to pay us what they owe us plus damages!!! *****************

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in and went to the room notices there was no lock on the door and the room was dirty. Went back to the front desk asked for a different room. This one was even dirtier then the first. Ask for a refund and checked out. Was there for maybe a total of 15 minutes. Hopefully getting a refund on the room. Hence I was only there for 15 minutes and checked into a different hotel.

Disgusting The room was disgusting!!!!!! If it had not been 1:00 am and we had not been on the road for 12hrs I would have tried to find another place. In top of that even with a credit card on file they charged me a $100.00 cash deposit. Will never come back and will not recommend.

Avoid at all cost. Paid 6 hrs in advance. Took money out of my account. The front desk after I called multiple times kept laughing and would say 15 or 14 or 13 people in line ahead of me and hang out. I did stay there one time Before and the front desk once again was horrible to deal with. They set on the phone and talked while I stood at desk waiting. It was a personal call. The front desk on 6-14-25. Didn’t only hang up but heard people in back ground laughing. I had an itinerary number, with confirmation and they refused to take it and said they are busy with something in town.

Avoid at all costs!!! Pool is disgusting and in deplorable condition. No free continental breakfast! Very noisy due to the possible live in guests. There are no food places within walking distance that is safe enough to get to. Rooms posted via corporate do NOT reflect the rooms at this property.

My stay at the Days Inn in Reno was a nightmare. The room was in disgusting condition. There was urine on the bed, hair all over the sheets, and the bathroom was filthy — like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I felt extremely uncomfortable even touching anything in the room. They also advertised free breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel, but when I asked, they said there was no breakfast available. Completely false advertising. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked out as soon as I could. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
