入住遇到了麻煩，酒店説信用卡未付款，攜程還是很不錯很快解決了，酒店人員也很善良先讓我們把行李搬上去。房間有點老舊，護髮素的瓶子空了也沒加，我們入住晚了就沒有再打電話要求加。游泳池室內的但很小，沒有jacuzzi。我們湊活住了一個晚上

I had reserved a suite for my family two months prior to our stay. Upon my on-time check in, I was first told by Rosario that there was a "systems issue" and that my room was no loner available. Come to find out they actually had a party in the room that simply wanted to extend their stay. There was no apology, or any real ownership of the mistake. Very poor customer service. I am a long time Hilton member and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Large room with kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Did put fan in on position to drown out some nearby traffic noise. Entrance door sags so need to push hard to open or close. No soap in room but front desk could provied a replacement. Would stay again.

First time my family & I stayed here & it was wonderful. The staff were super friendly, the hotel all around was clean, the rooms were in clean shape & well taken care of, it was quiet & had the needs of home. Will definitely stay here again when visiting.

The original room that i had booked was unavailable at check-in, so i was given an "upgrade". The room was in a convenient location from the exterior door, however it was in need of some maintenance. Both showers had large cracks in the tile and one of the mirrored closet doors was cracked. To get hot water, the water had to run for 5 minutes and then it never got really hot, just slightly above tepid. The noise from the floors above, flushing toilets and showering was extremely loud.
The breakfast in the morning was subpar. Only one type of juice available and it was consistent with lightly flavored water. If going later in the morning, they did not restock, so often times the limited selections were non existent or minimal at best. One morning, there was no waffle mix left at 0815 but still many patrons left to eat.

Enjoy your cold shower!
The room was huge, two separate bedrooms and a living space in the middle. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were terrible.
The room was clean but there was lots of damage showing a desperate need for a remodel and repairs. There were four huge tears in the carpet in the living room and damaged walls.
The reason for the low review is based on the fact that the shower takes a solid 5 minutes to warm up and never gets Hot. After 12 hours of travel and truck stop bathrooms we all wanted to burn the grim off our bodies but we're met with the most disappointing luke-warm showers.

My reservation did not show in the hotels data base it was late and we had driven a long way and couldn’t get in to the room that I had paid for no one at ******* would answer the phone and it was really a strain on my family I had a child and my elderly mother-in-law who needed to lay down
