The hotel is great!! Free breakfast in the morning with a large selection of options . The room was immaculate, spacious and has great amenities!! And the staff !! The front desk clerks , breakfast attendants and the entire housekeeping dept were so nice and friendly . Every employee went above and beyond , I would give more stars on this review just for the staff . We will absolutely stay again when we come back to Reno !!!

The faucet was way too close to the back of the sink and had low water pressure. You couldn’t get your hands under the water easily! The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft. The room had a kitchenette, bed, couch and ottomans, desk and desk chair, and tables with lights on both sides of the bed (a plus as not every place provides a table and light on both sides of the bed). The very nice desk clerk unplugged the loud rumbling refrigerator for us. The pool and gym looked small, but fine (we didn’t use them). Breakfast was not good looking, so we went to the nearby Whole Foods and Starbucks. The wetland across the street was really nice; we saw ruddy ducks and a harrier!

It was a pleasant Stay. Room and Area was nice. We liked that they have landry room. Parking was $5 a night which was not too bad. Only suggestion is perhaps to clean the carpet.... other than that we will stay here again.

Everyone here was just great. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and in the evening you have a social for guests. It is pet friendly and centrally located for my needs. I stayed twice in two weeks due to medical procedure as the hotel was across the street from the surgery center and doctor's office.
