Room is spacious and there is nice outdoor sitting area. Very quiet and chill. Very safe. Breakfast is good. The hotel staffs are nice. But the WiFi is not working on my phone. No airport shuttle.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

Worst stay ever! I am actually here till September and this hotel is filling apart, been here since May, if you complain or bring anything to their attention they threaten you with checking you out! They don’t want to hear anything from you, AC works on and off, tech came 4 times already and nothing is resolve , shower drain clogged for a week, they clean your room every 3 weeks, lights in parking lot are out, parking all dark at night, no security in premises, floors smell like ****, people at the pool and garden all night drinking beer, building doors left open with rocks so anyone can enter the building at any time, gym dirty and no gym towels, if you ask for a towel they give you a kitchen towel for your workout, not a good place for families and very Unsafe feeling for business trips. Stay away!

Wrong size room, rooms were not ready, not cleaned. Overall stay wasnt pleasant in any means. A few if the employees were nice to work with and others not so nice.

Comfortable and well kept. Friendly staff. Only downsides were a problematic toilet and weak shower.
