Accueil et propreté très bien. Personnel gentil et disponible. Nuit calme et paisible. Quelques bémols cependant. Chambre donnant sur le patio mais aussi sur d'immenses murs d'immeubles et leurs occupants. Télé très petite et mal placée, serviettes de bain très usées et petite fuite d'eau au plafond au moment du coucher. Sans ça j'aurais mis 4 étoiles.

Non ho trovato esattamente l’ambiente descritto nelle fotografie che lo pubblicizzano. Conosco lo standard degli hotel all’estero, sono stata attratta dal punteggio delle recensioni dell’hotel e dalla posizione, ma entrata in camera, alle undici di sera, ho trovato capelli nel letto e biancheria sporca, non era stata cambiata. Sono scesa in reception, è molto cortesemente e scusandosi, il personale mi ha fornito altre lenzuola. Ho dovuto rifarmi il letto, ma per gli asciugamani polverosi e mi spiace dirlo, non igienicamente puliti, non ho potuto far nulla. Non posso ritenermi soddisfatta del soggiorno.
