The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes and high street restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay.

The car park was easy to use (€13 a night) and I would highly recommend it to others

The room is outdated and has a faint odor. The air conditioning barely works. Breakfast is very simple considering the price. The parking garage is tight, with limited space to maneuver—especially for larger cars. The location is great, close to the city center.

We chose the accommodation because it was an aparthotel and had a kitchen, but the reality is that it's not practical at all. The room was barely bigger than a hotel room, and the kitchen had practically nothing to clean up. The stove didn't work, so we couldn't use it. It was practically the same as a hotel, but without those amenities. The bathroom was huge, though. They also charged a 150 euro deposit, which they supposedly refunded on the day of checkout, and I'm still fighting to get it to work. As I said, if you're going to stay in an aparthotel like that, you're better off staying in a hotel. You'll end up eating out of your room anyway.
