It is about 700 meters away from Rennes train station and it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old town of Rennes. The hotel room is of a decent size, but the facilities are relatively simple, basically there is nothing, and the towels are thin and the hair is washed off. This price is not worth it.

Hotel en Rennes con posibilidad de ir andando en poco tiempo al centro de la ciudad aunque no está allí situado, habitaciones amplias, desayuno bien, el personal amable. El baño también es amplio Hotel nuevo o reciéntemente reformado Camas muy cómodas

Sono hotel receptionist da 35 anni a Roma e non ho dubbi sul modo di agire dinanzi le richieste varie. Il garbo è disponibilità non c'erano, al check in, per aver richiesto una camera con doccia e non vasca, mi viene data come soluzione una per persone disabili, accetto a malincuore, ol tempo di lavarmi le mani, mi accorgo che sotto il lavello c'è una copiosa perdita che bagna il pavimento! Richiedo a questo punto di riavere la camera con vasca precedentemente assegnata, ..nessun cenno di scuse dal dipendente della reception un uomo di mezza età molto scontroso. Invece al ristorante il personale era disponibile e garbato. Sono molto delusa di questo tipo di accoglienza. Eravamo un gruppo di 30 persone in un tour di 7 gg molto costoso.

Retour dans les années 90! Il y a clairement besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement. Les chambres sont d’une taille correcte et la literie confortable. Par contre le bureau n’est vraiment pas ergonomique pour y travailler. Pas de chargeur usb dans le mobilier. Sdb propre mais vieillotte. Déco morose. Cerise sur le gâteau, pas d’eau chaude le matin… Pas au niveau des attentes d’un Mercure

Great hotel, very clean and spacious room. Excellent location. Would have like tea and milk in room. Large very comfortable bed. We felt breakfast was expensive
