我們訂酒店的時候，酒店顯示有電梯，但是我們入住的時候，並沒有電梯，我們需要揹着沉重的行李爬樓，事後酒店的解釋是我們那一層沒有電梯。

バスタブにお湯を張れたのがよかったです。ベッドも快適でした。部屋はなかなか清潔だったと思います。駅の近くなので、非常に便利です。ただ、チェックアウトの際の女性スタッフの態度が史上最悪でした。機嫌が悪いのか気分が悪いのか知りませんが、挨拶は囁く程度、カバンを預かって欲しいと言ったら、無言でタグとペンを渡され、その辺にカバンを放っておけとダルそうに言われました。こんなスタッフに遭遇したことありますか？最後の最後にホテルの評価をブチ壊してくれました。

狭い!
駅近でこの料金では致し方無しかもながら、狭い。
エレベータもあるにはあるが、後付けの旧式でこちらも狭い。荷物がある程度あると1人づつしか乗れず、チェックアウト時間帯はなかなか乗れず、結局重い荷物を持って階段を歩いて降りるハメに。

Das kleine Hotel ist sehr praktisch in der Nähe des HBF Rennes gelegen und auch im Umkreis gibt’s es viele Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit 13€/Person fair.

It is a good hotel in the city center with parking but paying 15 euros per day
