1.房間整體衞生較差，衞生間有發黃痕跡，一樓大廳地板黏糊糊的
2.客廳有兩盆枯萎綠植，積水嚴重，好幾衹超大蚊子從裏面飛出來
3.可能是山區原因，除了蚊子還有蜘蛛，枕頭拿來直接跳出來
4.裝修來看都很粗糙，完全沒有兩千多一晚的規格，衞生間櫃子脱落，熱水器要出水時冷時熱，吹風機吹一會就過熱停止，吹風機還是連在牆上的，一直得站着吹
5.負一樓的浴缸也很臟，完全不敢使用
6.空調遙控器沒電，一直按都沒反應
唯一優點
離丹霞山近，景色不錯

民宿在別墅區裏，環境不錯，房子比較新，整體設施和衞生條件都還可以。客廳有KTV和麻將，露台還能燒烤，適合家庭、朋友間聚會。

首先位置比較偏 距離景區門口有2.8公里 院子裏雜草重生
房間比較破舊 牆面脱皮 熱水水流量小 温度忽冷忽熱
電視無法連接WiFi 客人入住前沒有測試檢查
沙發地毯都很臟 很舊污漬很明顯
複式房型一樓沒有空調 樓梯很陡
陽台景觀很好 能正看丹霞山

四周沒有人村，買東西就有一點點不方便，環境很好很安靜，喜歡清靜的人就很好，離丹霞山就10分鐘左右，非常喜歡！可以唱K，音質很好，最喜歡大泡池，3個小朋友玩得太開心了！我落下一個小朋友的遊戲機，也幫忙寄回來，很誠信！只有一點點不滿意就是拖鞋太硬了，走得腳疼，根本不能穿，立馬買一雙！這裏不單有丹霞山，還有靈溪，都挺好看的，靈溪就要走很長的山路，喜歡深山老林的人還是不錯的！那個什麼龍農莊，飯菜實惠，又好吃，環境不要太好，就是在山頂，對於女司機開車有點難！

房間和床都不錯。空調也夠冷。就是沙發挺臟的。清潔情況一般般。入户門鎖裝的很粗糙。開兩下門鎖就壞了。衹能借道客廳的落地窗出入。
酒店比較偏，除了酒店合作的唯一餐廳外沒有別的任何外賣可送達。
