The planning and design of the Qixia Residence project covers a combination of homestay hotels, catering, and outdoor camping and entertainment. It opened on May 1, 2020 and was renovated and upgraded in March 2023, adding a luxurious camping area and a place to rest in the sunshine. It is precisely the outstanding people and land at the foot of Qixia Danxia Mountain. Qixia Residence is located by the Danxia Mountain on the banks of Jinjiang Bay, with a 180 degree river view, A 3000 square meter lawn. Hidden between the ancient and rustic Niubi Village, reflected in the forest scenic area of lakes and mountains. Built on the mountain and growing by the riverQixia Residence has the best scenic viewing experience, with a perfect combination of garden and mountain scenery with architecture, truly experiencing Tao Yuanming's reclusive and leisure life. The homestay is located in the Danxia Mountain, a national 5A level scenic spot in the World Geopark, World Geological Heritage Site. The scenery is elegant, the air is fresh, and looking up at Guanyin Mountain and sitting in the clouds is an indispensable element for photography, painting, leisure vacation, and group building.

這家民宿的服務是相當好的，看着客人坐在帳篷休息立馬就端來了茶還有瓜子，也都不收錢的，夜裡草坪上還有免費卡拉OK提供，挺歡樂的…房間也挺乾淨，就是衞生間裝修的比較一般相對偏小了些，可能廚師不多所以上菜也慢了點，勝在人少，也不用專門去景點爬山附近就有免費的山可以爬還更清凈
