環境好衞生乾淨停車比較方便出門右拐就是早餐店往前走就是丹霞山腳下老闆娘很熱情人蠻好的最近又多加了長者馬桶方便長者使用我是長住客真的相當不錯歡迎大家多多關照

一家三口入住，性價比高，房間乾淨衞生，全屋地板鋪了瓷磚，無灰塵，衞生間設施乾淨整潔，足夠用，該有的都有了。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭柔軟，枕頭套親膚，睡了個好覺！我感覺比七天酒店和維也納酒店的床枕舒服，熱門連鎖酒店的床墊都太軟（腰部支撐不足）或者被枕套材質太硬或枕頭太高，這方面該民宿做得更好！值得點贊！可能是老闆自己採購的東西，比較接近家用程度。
另外，給店家幾個小建議：1.花灑頭升降桿建議採購好一點的，升降桿螺絲擰太緊，好難調高低，建議使用那種不用螺絲調節的花灑升降桿（淘寶拼多多京東有賣）2.建議配幾個質量好的一次性塑料杯子，用於刷牙，説實在我不太敢使用酒店配的公用玻璃杯和瓷杯（擔心公用杯子消毒不到位，怕傳染疾病，所以個人覺得，沒必要配公用杯子，配一次性杯子就行）3. 建議房間安裝隔音玻璃窗，平推的玻璃窗隔音一般，靠近馬路有點吵。 4.附近的早餐店早餐價格偏高（一份腸粉9元，一碟蒸水蛋28元，豆腐花6元一碗，而在深圳腸粉才6元，蒸蛋才18元，豆腐花才2元，有點意外），我要是酒店老闆，我會自己廚房蒸一些包子饅頭雞蛋，然後讓本地磨豆腐的人家，每天早上送一鐵桶石磨純豆漿過來，專門給住客供應早餐，價格10元/人，就能吃的很好，老闆也有得賺，主要是增加了酒店體驗，旅客也省了錢！相信酒店的好評度會隨之提高！同為客家地區，河源市那邊的旅遊餐飲價格要便宜很多，客家早餐品質更好，比如腸粉蒸米粉才5元，豆腐花2元，油條1元，而豆漿免費喝！我感覺粵北旅遊區的早餐價格偏貴，品質達不到我對客家地區的期待。客家地區的早餐，應該價格相對較低，品質高才對，哈哈，沒想到比深圳還貴很多。
