Je n’ai pas pu accéder à ma réservation car aucune instruction n’était fournie. L’établissement m’a répondu avec les informations 10 minutes après que nous ayons dû repartir, car mes enfants étaient très fatigués. J’estime que cette absence d’instruction est une défaillance du prestataire, et demande un remboursement.

Die Kissen waren sehr dünn und keine weiteren im Zimmer. Durch die angrenzende Raststätte ezwas lauter wegen der viele Lkw.

Dejligt hotel ved sø, med god mulighed for at vandre. Selve hotellet er pænt med gode senge og dyner, men værelset var alt for parfumeret. Man vågnede om natten, fordi parfumelugten generede i næsen. Forfærdeligt for mennesker med allergi.

Wi-Fi problem please read
I stated 5 nightds at the hotel.
You can walk behind the hotel in the forest. Fresh air. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free parking area is available. At lobby, you can drink something hot or cold. Facilities ara ok.
But free Wi-Fi is a problem at the hotel. Reception gives you a paper written username and password on which changes daily.
On my last day morning, when I was leaving hotel, I asked Wi-Fi password as I needed emergency internet. The young lady working at reception was cooking told me that there was no internet at that moment and didn’t help me! She told me that the computer was default!
That behaviour shows the attitude towards customer. I left the hotel with a big disappointment.
Sorry but never visit that hotel again.

Dejligt hotel tæt ved motorvejen med en rigtig god service af et venligt og smilende personale. Restauranten serverer et udvalg af godt mad, drikke og morgenmad både inde og ude på terrassen. Beliggenhed ved natur og sø med mulighed for afslappende gåtur.
