Hiermit möchten wir Sie über unsere Erfahrungen während unseres Aufenthaltes im Ascot Hotel informieren.
Zunächst möchten wir anmerken, dass wir zwei Nächte gebucht hatten und der erste Tag im Hotel mit Frühstück zufriedenstellend war. Am Abend kehrten wir jedoch nicht in das Hotel Ascot zurück, da das Zimmer nicht sauber genug war. Es wurden keine neuen Handtücher bereitgestellt und die Bettwäsche war nicht ordnungsgemäß gemacht. Wir waren mit diesen Leistungen nicht zufrieden. Beim Frühstück hatten wir keinen Appetit. Wir können das Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Heel goed
Ruime, lichte kamer voorzien van gratis minibar, zithoekje met tafel en twee stoelen en klein bureau met stoel. Veel stroompunten voor opladen en gebruik apparatuur. Goede wifi. Comfortabel 2-pers. bed (wel relatief smal). Badkamer beetje krap maar zeer schoon.
Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met enorme keuze van verse broodsoorten en beleg, vers fruit, yoghurt enz. enz.
Jammer alleen dat ontbijt officieel pas vanaf 8 uur s'morgens open is in het weekend. Gezien het feit dat de ontbijtzaal op zaterdag en zondag ochtend al ruim voor half acht begon vol te lopen met hotelgasten is er duidelijk behoefte aan een iets vroeger ontbijt mogelijkheid.
T****e minpuntje is het "rokershok" aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Daar werd laat op de avond af en toe luid gelachen en gepraat waarvan wij op de t****e etage wakker werden.

Kurz und schmerzlos
Einfach, unkompliziert, passend. Das Zimmer etwas eng, aber für nur Schlafen ausreichend. Ruhige Nacht, gutes Frühstück, Kaffeautomat auf dem Zimmer und Gratisgetränke - ungewöhnlich aber gut!

Fantastisk Service
Vi havde booket en enkel overnatning 1 værelse til 4 personer i forbindelse med en længere køretur.
Da vi kom stank det fra toilettet, jeg tog fat i receptionisten der desværre ikke havde andre værelser vi kunne få, men han ville prøve at fixe det mens vi var ude og spise. Han klarede det hvilket jeg var vildt imponeret over!
Morgenmaden var overdådig, der var så mange valg mulighed.
Der var ingen aircon men der var sat en blæser ind til os hvilket var endnu et tegn på den gode service

Tilfreds
Vi havde blot en kort overnatning. Vi kom efter receptionens åbningstid, men vi havde fået en kode og en beskrivelse af, hvor nøglen lå. Det fungerede fint. Fint værelse, stort badeværelse og god morgenmad.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, Boxspringbetten, Sky und Minibar kostenlos. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Leider nicht so schallisoliert, wie angegeben. Hund 2 Zimmer weiter, aber auch Toilettenspülung waren zu hören
