Funcionários 5 estrelas. Tive um problema pelo qual reservei 2 quartos para 4 pessoas mas só conseguiram ir 3, os funcionários foram atenciosos e resolveram rapidamente disponibilizando um quarto triplo. Piscina agradável e pequeno almoço generoso, porém é mau que um restaurante de hotel feche aos domingos e segunda (pelo que me disseram) Limpeza também 5 estrelas, não se via uma molécula de pó no ar e nas superfícies. Acho que para conquistar as bem merecidas 4 estrelas deviam sobretudo melhorar a insonorizacão que se ouvia tudo inclusive elevador a funcionar e melhorar certas partes da receção/restaurante.

Great place in Melgaço
The room was nice and clean. The hotel had tennis court, ping pong and pool games. Really nice, plus the swimming was also great. The only issue was the twin beds instead of a full bed, the rest was amazing!

Hotel de paso y relax
Era un viaje de relax para visitar unas termas y el hotel tenía buena ubicación para lo q nosotros queríamos, la piscina está muy buen, lo único la carretera muy cercana , y q el cargador eléctrico de coche no está en funcionamiento. El desayuno correcto no tiene mucha variación pero para el hotel q es lo considero suficiente,. Las camas muy cómodas , y hemos descansado muy bien, muchas gracias .

Poopy toilet paper in our room when we arrived
In its day, this would have been a classy hotel. It was pretty much deserted when we were there as well as the service. Very disappointing to find dirty toilet paper in the washroom bin upon our arrival☹️. In Portugal , toilet paper does not go in the toilet, but in the bin in the washroom. So it was someone else is poopy paper in our room. Room was large as was the bed. Breakfast was marginal. It’s time for this property to update it service and facilities.
