Das Personal war sehr nett auch die Lage war Gut.Die Beschreibung des Hotels ist unverschämt, ich als Rollstuhlfahrer muss mich aus eine Hotelbeschreibung verlassen können wenn da steht Rollstuhlgerecht mit Aufzug bis in die Oberen Stockwerke. Ich musste erst 6 Treppen hoch bis zum Aufzug und dann passte der Rollstuhl nicht durch die Tür. Waren keine schönen TAGE. Gruß Frank

Wegen eines Zugausfalls in Bonn konnte ich nicht mehr nach Heidelberg reisen und kam spät am Abend an. An der Rezeption war niemand mehr, und mein Handy-Akku war fast leer. Der Gastgeber ist (mehrmals, aufgrund meiner Misskommunikation) an seinem freien Abend zurück ins Hotel gekommen, um mir dennoch einen sicheren, warmen Schlafplatz anzubieten. Am nächsten Morgen musste ich noch vor dem Frühstück weiterreisen, weshalb das Hotel aus Kulanz das Frühstück nicht berechnet hat. Was für ein zusätzlicher Service, und ich bin ihnen sehr dankbar, dass sie mir so gut geholfen haben an diesem späten, kalten, dunklen Abend!

Excellent hotel, very friendly, stayed before as a group, this time on our own. Front rooms face station, but not a huge problem. Breakfast could do with some fruit otherwise continental and basic. No tea facilities so if you fancy a cuppa bring a kettle etc..

Was across in Germany to follow Scotland at Euro 2024, and with a number of games I planned to attend in the north west of Germany, me and my friends decided upon staying in Remagen to give us a base where we could stay for our prolonged stay, as well as maybe somewhere more quiet that we could relax between games. After switching between apartments and other hotels, we settled on the Pinger Hotel. Located directly across from the train station, and right on the edge of the town centre, it was a great base for our stay. We were flying in to Frankfurt, and while we were delayed and resulted in us not arriving until 00:30, they sent us the code of the door, and our room keys were waiting for us upon entry. Nice spacious rooms, and very clean. Only thing that spoiled it (though not a fault of the hotel) was the guy building a boat in the court yard behind the hotel, as he would start work at 8am EVERY day, and would be kep awake by the sound of drilling, hammering and grinding. All in all though, great place to stay which served as a great base for our Euro 2024 adventure.

The pillows and the bed are perfect, the hotel is cleaned and breakfast include home made scramble eggs, this is fantastic and very good. Location close to the train station is perfect. The staff is warm, professional and welcome very well their customers. Thank you!

We have been going to the hotel for a long time and we have enjoyed the food and relaxing time with the place we are in a place where people can go and relax .A good place to get to see a lot of different Christmas markets in 5 days we have visited 8 of them.

Kleines Hotel, schöner Frühstücksraum, recht moderne Zimmer, das Bad war ok. Leider fehlte die Klimaanlage, die an diesem Tag sehr hilfreich gewesen wäre. War aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung vorhanden.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr ruhig trotz des gegenüber liegenden Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut. Leider fehlt ein Restaurant. Aber Frühstück ist gut. Die Bedienung war angenehm.
